Absolutely terrible repair. Gerber collision Spring Hill TN does not stand by their workmanship. They installed used parts and blame the vehicle owner for anything that goes wrong. Example: collision sensor light came on one day after leaving the shop, they claimed I did something with my battery to make these sensors to come on. They also did not calibrate the vehicle in order to bring back to the condition it was in before the accident. I was referred to ABA for an estimate by my insurance company, USAA. I dropped in without an appointment, and they took a look within 10 minutes. They determined the fix was easy, fixed it in 10 minutes, I was out of there in 30. No charge, not even for looking at it. Friendly and fast, and not money grubbers. They allowed me to look at it in the bay, and the technician "Fluffy" answered all my questions patiently (he was the only one with a nickname). I was very happy. I arrived and no one was inside at the front desk at about 11: 30 and after waiting a couple of minutes walked down the hall where there were two empty offices. When I arrived there were two men exciting the front door where I came in - they could have been customers before me who upon finding no one there left as I did or they could have been employees - if they were employees neither acknowledged me which is bad form if you want to stay in business and avoid people writing negative reviews and taking their business elsewhere. I try to support local, but if it's to in my best interest I go elsewhere. read more

Do not use this body shop for body work! My van had fire damage to the back end, we used my insurance to fix the vehicle. I searched for places in Spring hill and picked autobody due to there good reviews, but I was sadly mistaken. It took a month to fix my van, which I understood due to a part they had to have shipped was taking a long time. But what made it the worst experience was every time I called the front desk girl would put me on 30 plus minute hold, because she had no clue what was going on and had no info on anything going on. She had to go ask someone else for updates and some times would need to call me back every time I called. I would call on my lunch break needing answers and didn't have time to wait, because I had to get back to work, I couldn't call when I got off because they where closed. On the final day I called on my lunch break at 11 to see if my car would be ready at 2-2:30 to pick up, the front desk girl said yes, well we got there and it was not ready. I had to wait 30 minutes more and finally got my car, they where supposed to deep clean the car because it was covered in balck smoke from the fire and it was not, I went to open the door and my hand was black but we where so ready to just get our car back we left. When we got home we washed and cleaned the car, as we where we noticed that the part of the car they where supposed to fix was tinted yellow from the fire. The van is pure white and you can tell it is a different color, I was just so over this shop that I didn't even want to mess with calling them to have it corrected. Moved to TN in 2014 and paid to have my car hauled from CA. As it was not covered it arrived with lots of dings & scratches & was a mess. Neighbors recommended Auto Advantage so I went and I was very impressed with their work & cost. They were the best! Fast forward to 2019, public parking is so hazardous for your car. Between grocery parking, highway dings and restaurant parking scrapes, it was time for profession help again. So back to Auto Advantage shop for a much needed Ford face-lift. Took our car to Autobody Advantage with a quote of 3-5 days to repair the back gate and replace the back glass. After 5 days we called and they stated that the gate that came in was damaged and they had not been able to repair the car yet; that our insurance should have contacted us. We contacted the insurance company and they had no knowledge of the delay. The next week we called and were told that the car was in paint and would dry overnight and be ready after noon time on the following day (Friday). Upon arriving to the business on Friday after noon (around 1:30pm) we realized there was a note on the door stating that they would be closed early for the holidays (Christmas) and would reopen on the following Wednesday. The hours online and on the door clearly state that they are open until 5 weekdays and someone had already told us that our car would be ready. This caused us to be without our vehicle for another 5 days. When we called again after they reopened we were told that the glass people didn't show up and it would be even longer. These people really know how to pass the buck. Finally, when we were able to pick the car up on Wednesday, Dec 26, they expected the payment of the deductible for their terrible service, handed over the keys and never walked out to inspect the car. The back glass that was installed was used and had worn areas. We had to take the car back again to have them try and clean the glass to make it look as though there was no damage. Ultimately we will have to have them replace it again. The owner was trying to apologize after the fact but a lot of good that does us after being lied to, put on hold and the substandard workmanship that went into repairing the vehicle. They have our money now. What good are his words? We will NEVER recommend nor take another vehicle to this place. Lack of professionalism, integrity and absolutely ZERO customer service; the exact opposite of what their website proclaims is their number one goal.
