We let him look it over first and then showed him what we saw which he'd already seen. I promise you if you let anyone take a vehicle there it will come back with issues. Try a different gerber this one is trash and they do not care, period. Reply It doesn't matter because clearly this location does trash work and they do not care. I wouldn't recommend that location to my worst enemy. You should look at firing everyone involved in this including Jamie; the body man and the manager.

While they were quick to get my truck in for the replacement and friendly. The final job was not the best. Window had a popping noise when operating up and down every time. Post op's check apparently was not done. Took to a shop back at home. They found the mounting hardware/locknuts to secure the window to the regulator were loose and still in factory ship position. Found broken glass on the shelf of the internal door support bar. So loose hardware and not cleaned properly was the problem. They were good to bill my insurance directly, very helpful. I think this may be a good place to get your glass work done. They need just to slow down a pay attention to details better.
