I guess this is something to do with "you get what you pay for," though. I had them come out a couple weeks ago to potentially repair or replace my windshield after it got a sizeable crack in it. First, I was not pleased that they did not discuss the possibility of repairing the crack -- though that's not a total ding, as I had already figured it probably wouldn't be repairable. Secondly, though: I suppose they did not expect me to be in a situation to watch them as they worked, as the repairman was out there carelessly/disrespectfully throwing the plastic bonnets for the windshield wipers to the ground after removing them. I do not know if they damaged the pieces themselves or they just didn't give a hoot, but when they put them back on, they were no longer lying flush to the windshield as they were before, essentially aesthetically-detracting from the car either permanently or temporarily (I've yet to take a look and see what the problem might be myself). All around, it was an exemplary experience in why I try to avoid mechanics or repairmen like the plague/try to DIY when possible, as more than half the time, you get people like this who will do a sketchy job or damage something in the process, and then still have the nerve to charge you for their BS.

After several appointments for which they never showed up they replaced it a second time. While the windshield if fine they have set off sensors in the onboard computer that cannot be cleared. They said they could get it fixed but after several no call no shows they changed their story. Stay away from this company, they do not know what they are doing, they lie, and they were completely unprofessional toward me.

They put the window in and it was out of alignment and caused alerts to show on my dash for debris covering front camera. They scheduled to pick my van up to recalibrate the issue and never showed. I called to see why and they rescheduled another day. They came late to take my van to have it recalibrated and brought it back late which made me late (costing me money) to get my kids. The van now had new alerts if an ! And the guys told me a heating element was out so it couldn't be recalibrated till that was fixed. I made it clear I had no issues prior to the window being installed and they agreed and said they would make it right. After 4 scheduled appointments and no one came (wasting my day) they finally showed and replaced the window again, getting it aligned with the camera. The alerts did not go away. They watched YouTube videos to problem solve it. I spoke to the office lady and she said she told the owner and he would call me... many weeks later no call. I called and spoke to him he said he never heard of me or the issues. He said, "he ordered a new camera. he would call me Monday to get it installed and he wasn't waiting on insurance to pay for the repairs. He was sorry and he took customer service very serious. 12-2-24 came and went and I called back today... he lied!! He never ordered the camera. He then told me he wanted to schedule a repair to the camera which I was told isn't possible by a dealership because the whole thing needed repairs most likely due to be improperly supported during window replacement. after so many lies and awful unreliable service my husband (solider in the Middle East) told me to not allow them to touch our van again and he will take care of it next year when he returns. This company took advantage of my patience and kindness after dealing with the no shows and lies for 4 months, I give up!!!
