The…read moreinsurance company pushed their "preferred" shop, but it felt like a conflict of interest as like they cared more about saving money than doing the job right. Then we called a few dealerships, and while we knew they'd do decent work, the pressure to commit immediately left a bad taste in our mouths. We searched collision repair shops and found Golden Touch Collision Center, run by Mr. Sayed. From the very first call, it was clear this wasn't just another shop. It was a family-owned business that truly cares. The reviews spoke for themselves, and after our experience, I can confidently say they live up to every bit of the praise. What stood out most was the personalized service. Mr. Sayed treated us like family, not just another claim number. The work was dealer-quality, but with the warmth and attention you only get from a local business. A small item was accidentally overlooked (something any other shop might have dismissed), Mr Sayed went above and beyond to make it right--no excuses, just outstanding customer care. Even dealing with the rental car company was stress-free because he stepped in to help communicate and ensure we had transportation the entire time. That level of dedication is rare. If you're looking for honest, high-quality repairs with a personal touch, Golden Touch is the only place you should go! We'll never use anyone else. Mr. Sayed and his team have earned our trust for life and we highly, HIGHLY recommend them!

1 Star -- Extremely Poor Experience…read more From start to finish, this was not a pleasant experience at all. I dropped off my brand-new Toyota Tundra at Caliber Collision after a minor accident that required the rear to be replaced due to a bend. I was told the repair would take two weeks. Instead, it took over a month because they ordered the wrong parts three separate times. When I finally picked up the truck, the check engine light immediately came on. I took it to the Toyota dealership, where they found that a hose had not been connected, causing an air leak. I had to pay $180 out of pocket just for the diagnostic. I brought the truck back to Caliber Collision, and they kept it for another month to fix the issue--again delayed because they were ordering incorrect parts. During that time, they did provide a rental, which shows they acknowledged their mistake. After waiting five more weeks, I picked up the truck only to find that the rear was not installed properly and is visibly sticking out. Now I'm expected to bring it back again, leave my vehicle for another full day or two, and be without transportation once more. Throughout this entire process: * No proactive phone calls * No updates * No apologies * No accountability I had to call weekly just to find out what was happening with my own vehicle. This has been a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. Even if your insurance covers the repair, the lack of workmanship, communication, and customer service makes this place not worth it. They still don't seem to understand the impact of repeated mistakes and delays. Beware. I would not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.

The location itself was extremely unclean and not a place I would normally patronize. I was there only for emissions testing, yet they attempted to upsell additional services and inspected my air filters without my consent regardless of me telling them I was pressed for time. When I raised concerns, the staff became rude, loud, and condescending, despite me explaining that I needed the emissions test completed urgently and I made it clear THAT WAS MY ONLY FOCUS. The woman at the front counter named Julissa called me "crazy" while I had my AirPods in and and then followed me outside, telling me to "be safe driving" in a very nasty way after I stated I would be filing a complaint and made it clear I would never return. This lady literally followed me outside to my car harassing me. Afterwards, she filed a false police report, claiming I made a threat simply because she did not want me to report their poor service to Groupon. This behavior is unacceptable; misleading business practices, harassment, and making false accusations are not okay. I will be pursuing this matter further legally, especially after seeing they were suspended for vehicle inspection and are on a Disciplinary Action Report for Inspectors!
