1 Star -- Extremely Poor Experience From start to finish, this was not a pleasant experience at all. I dropped off my brand-new Toyota Tundra at Caliber Collision after a minor accident that required the rear to be replaced due to a bend. I was told the repair would take two weeks. Instead, it took over a month because they ordered the wrong parts three separate times. When I finally picked up the truck, the check engine light immediately came on. I took it to the Toyota dealership, where they found that a hose had not been connected, causing an air leak. I had to pay $180 out of pocket just for the diagnostic. I brought the truck back to Caliber Collision, and they kept it for another month to fix the issue--again delayed because they were ordering incorrect parts. During that time, they did provide a rental, which shows they acknowledged their mistake. After waiting five more weeks, I picked up the truck only to find that the rear was not installed properly and is visibly sticking out. Now I'm expected to bring it back again, leave my vehicle for another full day or two, and be without transportation once more. Throughout this entire process: * No proactive phone calls * No updates * No apologies * No accountability I had to call weekly just to find out what was happening with my own vehicle. This has been a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. Even if your insurance covers the repair, the lack of workmanship, communication, and customer service makes this place not worth it. They still don't seem to understand the impact of repeated mistakes and delays. Beware. I would not recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. read more

They did an amazing job with my repair! Pedro provided exceptional customer service, and my car looked brand new once they were finished.

Dropped my vehicle off to get repaired and took a photo of the fuel and mileage. The day I dropped it off, i had 158 miles til E (a little under half) and only had one additional mile when vehicle was returned to me. I have reason to believe that either my mileage was rolled back and someone was driving around in my car or my gas was siphoned . My battery was also good and they returned my car with a dead battery. I will never do service with them again. Sent email to their communitymanager email that they provided over a month ago with my RO number & still have not heard anything back. read more

Daniel Thompson and his Team at Caliber Collision were so far the best customer service experience of my life. Not only did they do an amazing job on my car, but they also finished it a whole week early. They were excellent at keeping me well informed throughout the whole process. I was incredibly impressed with how polite the young man handling my claim was, everybody in the customer service business should get tips on how to treat customers from this incredible young man. read more

This is only the second time I have come to this business, but I am amazed at how helpful, kind, polite and friendly everyone is at this location. Daniel Thompson went above and beyond for me! It's so nice to know that there is such a great place in my neighborhood! read more

Caliber Collision is only place I will ever have my cars repaired. Pedro Marquez is absolutely wonderful at taking care of his customers! I was given a fair estimate for the work to be done and it was completed on time. It's clear that Pedro truly cares that his customers are satisfied with all aspects of the process. No one wants to need to have a damaged car repaired but Caliber Collision makes it as pain free as possible! read more

Wow what great service and repair shop. I have had several accidents in the past few years and used other places but this time used Caliber to repair car. I'm so glad I did. First thus place is recommended by Farmers Ins so you get longer warranty. But what will keep me coming back is customer service by Elizabeth Whichard and Himena Gonzalez. They provide first rate customer service and make the process of getting car repaired very easy . Thank you to you both I will have future repairs done by this location. Car looks great and runs like a charm. Thank you again! read more

My Car is in this shop almost a month already. You get an update once a week if your lucky and you cannot get a hold of anybody if you want to talk to the agent. He would always give me the same reason that he couldnt find a match with my current headlights for 3 straight weeks already. He said he will call but never did. Please escalate the problem if you cannot handle it in your level. read more

If you're searching for an awesome body shop for your vehicle, this is it! I was recently rear ended and in need of a great repair shop for my car. The last time I had body work done at a dealership, the experience was awful and I wanted to find a shop who would communicate and work quickly to get me back in my car. That's exactly what Caliber Collision Houston - Copperfield delivered. Jenifer kept me informed with daily voice messages on the status of my repair. I was so impressed with her attention to detail and really going above and beyond to make this a smooth experience for me. They finished the work faster than anticipated and handed me the keys of a sparkling clean car. I highly recommend Caliber Collision Houston-Copperfield for fast, quality workmanship and friendly service. read more

Fantastic service! Worked with Ed Garza........fast, great communication. Highly recommend!

I hold Caliber in high regards and hence felt very comfortable taking my VW Taos there after someone broke a red light and hit my car. This was in April 2022. By July 2022, they rightfully said that the parts are delayed and understandably so, I was patient. Fast forward to Nov 2022, and I was promised that we will get the car by Thanksgiving. and nothing. Same promise by the staff there in December - 2 weeks - mid Dec, "car will be ready with parts and all calibrations". NOTHING AT ALL. Only empty promises. It is 11 months now - and we STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR CAR. Honesty and transparency is what I look for when I do business with someone. I am not sure what your challenges are, but you all certainly don't have your house in order. We got a call yesterday, that the car will be ready today. When we called to inquire, we were told that they just realized another part was missing - AFTER 11 months you realize that another part needs to be ordered. This is my first poor review that I have ever given, but I am beyond mad and just terribly frustrated. I will give you 1 more week to get my car ready, if not, I will bring a tow truck and get my car out of your shop. After all it is still my car and you have had it for 11 months. I hope Pedro you will get this message and I intend to respond via public websites, as I am sick and tired of giving my a run around. 11 months - and run around. JUST NOT GOOD BUSINESS. read more

This is one of the best businesses to ever work with. They repaired my deep dent and no way can you tell there was damage. The staff is amazingly friendly, helpful and professional. He sent text to give progress reports. They handled all the paper work with the Insurance Company plus called car rental. Strongly recommend them. read more

This was by far one of the easiest transaction I have ever had at a body shop. I was rear ended by another driver and my insurance set up everything for me to drop off my car. I called and asked if I could drop it off the next morning, which was a Tuesday, and by Wednesday night I was picking up my car and no joke, it looked FLAWLESS. I was so impressed and the kindness that they showed me from beginning to end was really just the icing on this sweet, sweet cake! I will definitely be taking my car to them for any future work and recommend you stop your search and take your car here too! read more

Awesome professionals! The only place I'll bring my vehicle for any repair! My Maserati Q looked absolutely amazing! CC put me back in stride and back in style! Ashely and Brent are wonderful! read more

Very kind and helpful staff. Gave very clear expectations of the process and the approximate timeline. Kept me updated at least every other day on the progress of repairs and if there were any delays. They even stayed past closing, over an hour, to allow me to pick up my car the evening the repairs were completed. My car looked like new and it was even washed and detailed the day of pick up! If I ever need work on my vehicle in the future I will definitely bring it back to Caliber Collision. read more

They did a great job getting my car fixed up after someone backed into my left side. I'm told German cars can be challenging to get lined up but they did it well. Jason was particularly helpful with the insurance claim and making sure I was happy with the repair. Really appreciated it! read more

Repairs not completed, need to take the car back. Still hear rattling during a ride. Parts hanging in the interior, car was dirty when pick up. Rush through the inspection of the car. read more

Super horrible customer service. I called for information and the lady would only help if I drop off my vehicle. Can I ask questions before I agree you all to do the work? I wanted to come in and speak to someone beforehand. Guess not with this company. Poor service and that's sad based off the reviews. read more

I would like to express our dismay to this establishment. our family car has been in this shop for almost a month and today we asked them again on when they can finish it and we got no answer. we are thinking that something had happened to the car because we asked for a picture of our car but we did not get any reply from our agent jerry. we are a big family and this is the only way we can get their attention. we hope that somebody in this company can understand our situation. Caliber Collision has been in the business since the 90s and to tell us that they couldn't find the correct aftermarket parts for a 2012 Mazda for almost a month is just impossible. read more

I had a very good experience at Caliber Collision. I had to take my car there to get repaired. Lindsey Aprile, the Office Manager was really sweet. It's never a fun situation to need car repairs but her friendly attitude really helped turned my day around. I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need my car fixed again! read more

Albert made it happen. It was a insurance repair and they made the car look like new. I will definitely go back!

I had to take my truck here a few weeks back. Someone back into the rear passenger door of my truck. It took about 6 days complete, other person insurance covered it and rental car. When I picked up the truck everything look good. I didn't realize until after I washed the truck about week later that I noticed a smudge on the front passenger door. Long story short Alvin took care of it, he was very professional and helpful. read more

I recently had an accident, my first, and in my almost brand new car as well. I learned two things: 1. Insurance companies suck and 2. The repair process doesn't have to! The customer service here was impeccable. As a newbie, I was guided through the whole repair process by the staff, in addition to what I could possibly expect from the insurance company, etc. Staff also kept me updated through the entire process, and when I finally got my car back it was washed and detailed! I could barely recognize it, let alone know that I recently had an accident. I hope not to have another accident anytime soon, but if I do, Caliber Collision will be my first and only choice. read more

My vehicle was supposed to go to a shop by my home. However, they admitted that they did not have time to fix the car. Thy asked if they could move it to Caliber in Copperfield. I foolishly agreed. Copperfield never called me. I would call and occasionally get to talk to my rep when he was not in a meeting, on a family leave, with another customer etc. If I left a message, he would not return my calls. It was obvious from the beginning that they wanted to total the car. After taking five weeks, I complained to my insurance company again. The insurance adjuster went to Copperfield to review the car and called me to say it was going to be repaired. Several days later, I called the Copperfield rep to remind them that me insurance stopped paying for the rent car after 30 days, so could they put a rush on repairs. He stated that they were afraid that if they repaired the car and they missed something in the evaluation, my insurance would refuse to pay and they would be stuck with the car. He said that they were having another company look at the car and he would let me know. A few days later I called and he was still waiting to hear from the other company. My insurance agent called and said that Copperfield could not get their paperwork in because they claimed their internet was down. Finally, my insurance called and said that based on the new report, the car would be totaled. I complained that it took over six weeks to make a simple decision. I added that I had already paid two weeks for the rent car. My insurance called Copperfield and convinced them to pay the two weeks of car rental. Now I am paying for the rent car until I purchase another vehicle. Copperfield should have admitted from the beginning that they did not have the time to take the car. This is absolutely the worst shop I have ever used. I gave them one star because that was the lowest possible rating. Zero stars are what they deserve. read more

This body shop has used by my family since my childhood. As an adult, I first used this body shop when it was named Expert Collision, and again after they renamed to Hanley Bros; I look forward to using this shop again as Caliber Collision. From both my prior experiences, once as Expert Collision, and again later as Hanley Bros, I received competitive quotes, but more importantly quotes that were accurate and or very close to the final cost of repairs, with no major surprises. After each repair was completed, my vehicle was cleaned inside and out -- free (included) detail service with a pleasant scent included. The representatives at the shop were very polite and honest with me each time, including keeping me informed when the insurance adjuster was trying to have substandard parts used (that didn't even match my vehicle model year). I have been very satisfied with the quality and timely completion of repair work with each visit. I will definitely go back to the shop as Caliber Collision and in fact I look forward to doing so. read more
