I have been here twice for my facial. Solely based on the reviews. Both times purpose was to reduce my acne. But I got more acne each time and my face was left with acne marks. This was due to extraction. After my first try I thought it might have increased due to some other reason. So the second time I went when there was just one or two of them. But after the facial it increased like crazy and took 3 weeks to reduce. Again I was left with cheek full of marks. My skin did not improve in anyway. I have wasted $200 to get marks on my face. never again. Its time for me to try some other place. read more

I don't know if I know how to appreciate facials but I just feel like I can't really tell the difference before and after. With that said, i didn't particularly love my experience with Lillian. She talked me into getting the silk peel which is $45 more than what I had originally intended to get. I also don't appreciate when people bring in negative energy while I'm getting a treatment. Lillian was sharing about her life and complaining about this and that. I really don't need to hear that stuff while I came here to relax. It wasnt a horrible experience but I probably won't be returnig. read more

I have to give this place 5 stars . It was my first time getting a Brazilian and VICKY was absolutely wonderful. I went into my appointment extremely nervous about the pain. Vicky was sweet and talkative, Understanding of my low pain tolerance, and got every single hair in under 15 minutes. I would definitely recommended this place and will be coming back. read more

Geranium Spa - Skin Care Near Me - Fremont, California

I have been coming to Vicky for waxing for about 4 years. She's the best! My service has always been quick and thorough. She's very friendly and we can chat about everything! The place is simple and clean. Besides waxing, I have also gotten facials and other services from Vicky too. If you need a quick and relatively painless(I'm being honest) waxing, Vicky is your girl! read more

Just had my bikini wax appointment this afternoon, and this place is just OK for regular waxees IMO. Don't get me wrong, Vicky was wonderful! Skilled, quick, and professional. She made the experience extremely painless, i barely felt a pinch! But maybe because it's so quick, there left a lot of stray hairs and dots on the follicles. She also didn't trim any of remaining hairs. There was also the fact that the bikini wax only included the bikini line. Whenever i go to European Wax Center or Lavender Spa, it's a FULL bikini wax, but i guess i got what i paid for. bikini here only cost 25 dollars compared to 35 usually everywhere else. i would recommend this place for wax-virgins, but i probably won't be back unless I'm only looking for a bikini line wax job. read more

Called them twice for a Brazilian appointment and left messages nobody called back. Third time I managed to get through and was told the girl doing the brazilian was not available till thursday. That's fine, I would've liked it if you called me back! I really wanted to try this place due to all the good reviews but now I'm disappointed read more

I've been coming here monthly for years. Vicky is great! She is polite, caring and professional. I can ask her anything about my skins. I've done facial and back. Vicky made my experience very comfortable! Strongly recommended!! read more

All I have to say is for my first time I had the best experience here I made a appointment to get Silk peel dermal infusion and oh my God it Took out so much unwanted built up dirt and dead skin from my face and neck as well as black heads I got my skin peel done by Vicky she really has the best customer service and makes you feel so comfortable I have never even gotten a facial before and this was my first time getting a silk peel I can definitely say that I will be back here again many more times to try out the different facials and continue getting a silk peel and it was only for $90 you can't beat that price considering a lot of places charge you $100-$200 I was so shocked to see how much this cleaned my skin. My skin has been glowing all day and has been feeling so soft my family noticed the difference right away. This totally give me a boost of confidence!!! I would totally recommend this place to all of my friends and family I am so happy with the service I was provided by Vicky. When I looked in the mirror I was so shocked to see what a difference it made Vicky is so great at her job and she has 12 years of experience she definitely knows what she's doing she was very honest and so kind And overall gave me the best customer service. I will definitely be returning back here!!!! read more

I am so grateful that my friend referred me to Lillian at Geranium Spa. I have been suffering from severe redness and dry skin since August 2016, so it's been over six months! Nothing I tried worked. In just one treatment with Lillian my face feels fully hydrated. And I feel like she took five years off my face by reducing wrinkles and dryness. I love that she takes the time to explain the treatment she's giving to me and she is not pushy whatsoever. I can't wait until my next facial with Lillian! And I don't even mind driving from the peninsula all the way over to Fremont. She's worth it! read more

Just had a facial done my Lillian and my skin looks flawless! In my opinion, she is the best for facials and waxes!! She makes you feel comfortable and provides excellent customer service. If you are looking for a quick way to feel refreshed and brand new I definitely recommend a visit to Geranium Spa!! read more

I will follow Vicky anywhere. Vicky has been doing my brazilian wax for years and I will never go to anyone else. Vicky is so gentle and thorough with her waxing. The business is relatively new, located between the Jewelry store and Beyond Thai in Warm Springs Plaza. Customer service is great and the ladies are a pleasure to talk to. Come visit and feel what its really like to be pampered! read more

Vicky is still the best! I trust her utterly and completely with my face and skin regimen. My acne is completely gone, my old acne scarring is almost completely gone, and now that I'm in my 30's, we are focused on anti-aging. My skin looks and feels great. I will see her for years to come and no one else! read more

I came here because there was a discount promo for LED facial. I got it with Lillian and she is very nice! I got the basic cleaning with extractions facial along with the LED. Compared to my facials back in LA this was semi mediocre. I've never had a facial where I wasn't given a robe to change in and also got a facial massage at the very least. I'm not even talking about bougie spa places too! So you just go into the room with whatever you're wearing and she doesn't give you a facial or shoulder/collar bone massage. Massage aside, I felt like half the time was just the steamer blowing on my face. Extractions were okay and didn't leave scars behind (but it took them a long time to calm down which was a bit unusual for me) and she does use the new machines to clean your face. LED facial was fine (2 different lights for like 10 minutes each? Wasn't too long). Note though, she only used like a tissue or towel like thing to cover my eyes during the LED facial and my eyes were like blinded even with my eyes closed. I just felt like the effort was a little on the light side overall compared to other places. When she put the final products on me I felt like she put the bare minimum to not waste her products either. For the prices here, I wouldn't say it's worth it. If you're fine just going in and out and not having the full spa treatment for your face then this will do, but I grew up around better places (not to sound like a snob, but my Mom was an esthetician too!) so this wasn't worth it to me. read more

My new favorite place to get Brazilians! I don't remember who I had but she was quick! With minimal pain. I don't think Waxing will ever be "painless" but for mine being grown out more than 6 weeks, she did an awesome job keeping the pain level to the minimum. She was super talkative! Hahha. Made me feel very comfortable. $50 for Brazilian is steal!! read more

I have been going to the geranium spa for over 5 years and receive my services from Lillian, the owner. She does my Brazilian wax and she is quick, efficient and makes you feel extremely comfortable. I would not go anywhere else for my Brazilian. The salon is very nice, clean, and quaint. I'm looking forward to getting a facial. Lillian is the best! read more

Best place to get your legs waxed I went in than came out all within a matter of 30 minutes, receptionist was friendly and squeezed me into her system to accommodate my schedule, I will defiantly be returning, the environment is clean, they don't double dip and get every little last hair. This spa also offers acne cleansing and I'm telling you if you have acne this cleansing will work wonders on your skin I highly recommend this place read more

Recently I came back from a trip that left my skin in terrible condition with dry patches everywhere Lillian had great recommendations (hydroptimale and silkpeel) and did an amazing job of not just getting my skin back to normal but radiant! I have never been happier with my skin, I will definitely come back for more read more

I've had my fair share of getting facials done at various spas. Geranium spa really is about providing you good care at a value price. It's not one of those lavish tranquil spa that's usually associated with a high price tag. What it does offer to customers is a cozy, clean and relaxing environment with quality service. Lillian is a fantastic esthetician. She's experienced and thorough with pore cleansing. The silk peel is probably one of the most effective service I've had where you literally feel your skin smoother and cleaner! I've been here three times now and I've bought two packages. I suggest purchasing their package of 5 services and then getting one free. read more

I followed Lilian over from her previous salon, and she is awesome. Before I started going to Lilian for my Brazilian waxes I went to a different salon also located in Fremont. For one reason or another I basically just needed to make a switch. I originally found Lilian and her previous salon through Yelp reviews. She was highly recommended so I decided to give her a try. I am glad I did. In comparison to the first salon I started going to for my Brazilian waxes, Lilian's method is much better. It is virtually pain-free. Both places use the blue wax, but with Lilian, it doesn't hurt, honestly. Brazilian waxes aren't meant to be fun of course, but at the last place I went to, now that I can compare, it did hurt. I couldn't wait for it to be over. Often times my skin would still be a little tender the next day. My first wax appointment with Lilian didn't hurt at all. Honestly, I don't know why I didn't make the switch sooner. She is very quick, engages in pleasant conversation, and before you know it, you're done with your appointment. I recommended Lilian to one of my girlfriends, she gave her a try and was pleased with the service she was provided as well. She actually just contacted me today to ask if I knew what salon Lilian moved to because she heard that Lilian left her previous salon. As for the spa itself, it is very, very clean. Always a plus when going to a place where you're lying on a table halfway in your Birthday Suit. Although I am an avid Yelp user, I rarely write reviews about places. I think I may have written like one or two reviews before this one. I tend to only write reviews if a place really, really sucks and I want to ream their @$$es on the Internet. Or the business is so awesome that I can't help but give it a rave review. Needless to say, this is a business that requires a rave review. I would highly recommend going to Lilian at Geranium Spa for your quick and painless Brazilian wax needs. read more

This place is AMAZING. Usually I avoid these places because I always feel out of place. But Geranium Spa makes me feel so welcome, and they are extremely professional, clean and especially good at the services they provide. Love the location, very tucked away so people do not stare at you while you walk in to the place. The waxing services are FANTASTIC. I highly recommend them. Vicki is wonderful and I have heard that Lillian is great also. I only wish that I had found this place earlier, but I plan to come here a lot for as many services as I can afford. read more

I've been seeing Vicky and Lillian for several years. Vicky makes everything comfortable, it's easy to book appointments, waxes are fast and painless as possible, and her facials do wonders! I literally have her examine my skin and decide what it needs, and she's always right. There's no one I'd trust more! read more

Have been going here for a year+ now and I love it! Lillian always takes great care of me and I always enjoy our conversations. : )

I love Vicky! I've been going to her for a couple of years now and I can honestly say she is the best. She makes you feel comfortable and it's honestly the least painful brazilian wax you will ever receive. She is so sweet and it is really clean as well. Go see Vicky :) read more

I just started going to Geranium Spa and have been there twice in the last couple of months. Both Vicky and Lillian are amazing. I usually get their promo special which is the SilkPeel DermalInfusion with LED light wave treatment. My skin positively glows afterwards. You can also get an add-on eye treatment which is wonderful! Definitely give Geranium Spa a try! read more

Great place for waxing. I have actually been a client of Vicky's for a few years now and have followed her to this new location. Very clean environment and very relaxing. Also on the affordable side for waxing. read more

I used to get facials from Lillian all the time at Lavender Spa, so when I found her again at Geranium, I was really happy. I've been getting facials from her for several years now, and hopefully, will be staying with her for many years to come. My skin always has a glow after a session with her. Blackheads reduced. Complexion more even. I love this place! read more

Bring my mom for a facial treatment with Vicki for Mother's day today. This is not the first time I went, but for sure won't be the last! Love Vicki's professional service and skill. Both me and my mom feel our face look much younger and felt much softer after the treatment. Also many thanks for Vicki's advise on how to take care my own skin in daily routine. They are really helpful and working! Compare to other spa I went before, this is so far the best and worth the $$! read more

I LOOOOOOVE this SPA!!!!! I went there for Brazil Wax couple times and Vicky always offered me good service. She is so considerable and nice. i thought it would be very painful to do Brazil wax, but she made it so easy. It was not bad at all. I definitely will come back again. read more

I had bought the 75min Organic Facial and Eye Treatment deal on Yelp and this was my first visit to Geranium Spa. The treatment was amazing and Lillian did a wonderful job. I came out refreshed and my skin felt better instantly. Lillian informed me about all the products she used while doing the facial. I had recently moved to Fremont and was looking for a nice place to get my facials done. And I think I have found it. read more

I can't even express how GREAT this place is. Lilian is the reason I came to Geranium Spa. I followed her from her previous salon because she is the ONE and only reason I went there. My first Brazilian wax was done in Europe, and it was a great experience! I was very hesistant with trying it here. I researched several places and heard Great reviews on Lilian. I braved up and made my appointment and it was an even better experience. From the very minute I met her she put me at ease. She was very welcoming and personable. When I found her again, after she left her previous place, I was SO extatic. She welcomed me with a big hug and great excitement!!! I recomend her services to anyone who is looking for both waxing and facial work. Sandy read more

Got some waxing and an acne/LED facial about a month ago. The facial helped a lot with my acne. The regular wax hurt a lot but the hard wax (used for underarm/bikini area) didn't hurt all that much. In fact, I kept asking the esthetician if she had already pulled the hard wax after she pulled it off. I was so surprised at how little it hurt and I've been raving to my family about this place ever since. read more

I love going to Vicky for waxing as well. I've been going to her for years and she is amazing- very kind, always professional, and great to talk to. The location is clean, relaxing, and the service is always friendly. You definitely pay for the quality and it is always worth it- especially the brazilian where it is mostly painless with their special wax. I've also gone for the lunchtime facial and Vicky does a great job with this as well. The facials always make my face feel 10x cleaner and unbelievable. Highly recommended!! read more

What a lovely facial experience! A calming and soothing spa environment is always welcome, as are reasonable prices and friendly customer service. I had a great 45-minute deep cleansing facial ($45) here with the ladies from the former Lavender Spa in Fremont that I used to frequent. Relaxed and fully cleansed, I'll be back regularly! read more

I have only been here once and Lillian did Lightwave therapy. I was very pleased on her job. She's very good at doing extractions and you can also let her know if you are not comfortable with it and she'll do her best to extract as much as she can without dealing with so much pain. I noticed some changes on my first visit. My pimples were eliminated, if they grow they are not that swollen anymore. I am definitely coming back and considering this place as my facial spot! read more

Yelpers thank you for helping me find this place!!! Valerie is awesome and I loved my facial!!!
