I see Lillian every 1-2 months for Brazilian waxes! I was referred to her by a friend of mine about two years ago and I had expressed to my friend that I was terrified of getting a wax! She assured me that Lillian is the best with Brazilians. I was pretty nervous and didn't know what to expect. Lillian did a great job with walking me through the process and talking about aftercare. The first time was painful of course, but Lillian was great at distracting me! She makes great conversation about literally anything to keep your mind off of the wax. It was also very quick! My appointments usually don't last over 15 minutes. After the wax, I barely remembered the pain. Her prices are also very reasonable. The results were well worth it! I swore off my razor and now consistently get waxes from Lillian. Each time it is easier and less painful. She is also very accommodating when making appointments! I'm able to text her whenever I need another wax which is AMAZING! It is so convenient and I'm so glad I don't have to call. I usually schedule at least a week in advance but I once had to schedule just two days prior. She was able to make it work and squeeze me into her schedule. This is my second review. I went for Organic facial few weeks ago, it was done by Lilian, I decided to take her service as my previous experience with vicky was not satisfactory, she must have done her part well but it didnot meet my expectations. So this time i decided to go with Lilian. She did a great job, it was totally relaxing, my skin felt light and clean. She sold a skin whitening mask, i am using it but haven't seen any difference maybe i need to use little more longer to see the results. In all its a great spa. The only thing i don't like is Lilian and Vicky always advise(or strongly recommend) to go to for silk peel facial, which i had last time and got red bumps after extractions and it took a long time to heal. read more

I went to the spa by accident because one time I passed the store and realized it's a beauty spa. So I decided to go in to get a facial done, since I haven't been to the facial treatment for long time. Vicky is the one who did my facial, she recommend me to do silkpeel because there's a lot of dead skin on my face and I have large pores. I am very happy with the variety of services that they offer here and at a reasonable price. From basic facials to light treatments to waxing to silk peels, they offer so many services that any one could need. The quality of their work is excellent. Very clean, and sanitary as well. All equipment is new, modern, and state of the art. I also like the product lines that they use when I go there for my facials. They are mindful to understand your own individual needs to ensure that you get the best treatment that is best suited for you. I have a very sensitive skin and am prone to allergies. I found their Yelp deal - and I've never had a facial before - I don't know what I was waiting for! Vicky worked on my face, and she must have used a dozen products to work on my face. I was NOT expecting one part of the facial to hurt, when she used some sharp thingamingy to get rid of blackheads and whatever, but I had been warned anyway. Overall, my experience was very pleasant and I left with a lovely, soft face. Many reviews mentioned that both ladies would explain each step, but since I'm deaf, they seemed unsure and Vicky just didn't say anything. Some reviews said they never left the room; Vicky left the room a few times (I might be deaf, but I can certainly feel the breeze from the door opening/closing!) A bit more effort in explaining their products would have been appreciated, but that's OK. I would definitely come back here again! read more

I had vicky for a brazillian. without me asking, she told me the client before me had a lot of ingrown hairs and other personal things about the client. I have to reduce the stars coz I think things have changed. I went to Lillian to get my facial done. While I was picking which one I want she recommended derma and rushed me in. She didn't tell me it did not have massage..plus she didn't let me read the description. I have zero glow when she told me that this facial will give me nice glow. When I was in facial room, I felt she left me with a pack for good 30 mins. I mean out of60 mins if 30 mins are spent with the pack then I am doubtful how will it have any glow? For rest of time I spent 10-15 mins in front of steamer .. Overall it was very different than last time I went here. I was feeling lack of attention and I think I wasted 90 dollars .. What a waste of time and money! I considered this spa after reading all the reviews and picked the most expensive silkpeel facial. I also asked for Vicki since she was highly recommended. Vicki was barely there in the room during my facial. There were no results from my facial, there was noticeable difference in my skin, in fact I thought it ended up being a tone darker. I came here for my first wax ever. I got my lower legs waxed by Lillian and she was very imformative. It was a little painful because it was my first time but she went very quick so I didn't have to suffer too much. After the wax she gave me tips about what happens and what not to do (like don't exfoliate the area and whatnot), so she was very helpful. However, when I got home and looked closer it looks like she missed a few spots so there were a group of hairs that I had to pluck out. This was my first waxing experience so I don't know what to expect but I'm going to try a different place next time. read more

Somebody had commented that the waxing results are not the best and I would have to agree. Although the brazilian wax I had was less painful than other places, I will not return. I actually had to go home and finish tweezing the areas that she missed. Who goes home and uses tweezers after being waxed? Small patches of hair were left on my backside. Noticeable patches of hair. Not some other client in the room next door. -Private room with 1 bed. Not one room with multiple beds or a curtain that separates you from the person next to you. It's very private. -This is a brand new place so it's very clean!! -Constant specials going on. Check their website every month for the newest special. -No pressure on buying products! They'll mention it to you but if you say you don't want it, you'll never hear about it again. Thank, God. But if you are interested in something, they will give you all the information you need. -Good location and a lot of parking. It is in one of the plazas off Mission Blvd; where Burger King and Ross is at. -Easy booking tool on their website. You can book your own appointments and even cancel them online if you can't make it anymore. I had Lillian for all the times I visited Geranium. I use to get waxed at Lavender Spa, mostly because this is where Lillian was and she was really nice and professional. Flat out, she does a good job. So, I went to Lavender about a month ago and saw that she was not there anymore and the whole feel of the spa has just changed to me. So, I went on Yelp looking for a new place to get waxed. And I found Lillian and Geranium. She owns her own place now. Good for her. Of course I booked with her right away. It's cool, because you can book online! Yes, super convenient. I found a perfect time for me on a Saturday. So I go in to Geranium, Lillian is there to greet me and takes me into the room. Honestly, getting waxed is zero fun and kinda painful. But with Lillian its a much better experience. You don't feel like a weirdo, lying there spread eagle. She will talk to you about the going-ons in your life, and you feel comfortable.
