This place would get 3 stars from me just for how it makes you feel. You feel all the memories. Plus, the folks working here are booming, dealing with angry customers and just knocking it out. Kudos to the. As for the pizza? Way too sweet, very much cafeteria pizza in large slice form. But the crust was nice.

We stopped by the Geraci's downtown location for a quick bite after a Cav's game. It's a cool spot but the pizza was quite mid. It was lukewarm and pretty tasteless; I'm not sure how long it had been sitting out. I don't think our slice was reheated adequately either as it was kind of cold and the crust was doughy.

This was my second time stopping into Geraci's Slice Shop at night and I thought it may be my last, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza by the slice doesn't look the best or super fresh initially, but they reheat the slices, and it's pretty good. I imagine a fresh pie would be good from here. I got a slice of the bianca pizza, which was very good. The large chunks of ricotta were delicious and all of the cheeses tasted really fresh. The star of this visit, was the meatballs. They were absolutely incredible! The sauce was flavorful and the meatballs were super juicy. The order comes with 3 for $8. I ate 1.5 that night and the remaining in the morning. The sauce was even better in the morning and they give you a good amount. I would have loved to have this meal with pasta or even their garlic knots. I look forward to returning to try more dishes in the future. Overall, great spot for a late night bite when Downtown and maybe a full meal during the day.

The food was okay I wish it wasn't so much ricotta cheese I feel like it throws it off. But over all the pizza was pretty good if it wasn't on there. The service is self serve you type in on the iPad what you want and they call your name to come get what you ordered. The garlic nots was okay I wish it wasn't tossed in garlic butter because it just taste like bread lol. The place is set up nice a lot of open seating place isn't too busy. Outside of the place yes is heavy on the traffic so be careful getting out your car!

Whoever the skinny kid is with the amazing attitide is needs a raise. Wow was the service here TOP NOTCH. Clean, oh...so nostalgic atmosphere that left me yearning for my childhood in dive pizza bars and pizza huts, the wild and crazy flavors Geraci's offers makes this the 2nd best pizza in Cleveland yet, and the best place for atmosphere hands down.

This place had good pie and a chill vibe. Live the retro chandeliers and vending machine to contrast with the wide tablet point of sale. Come get a slice but watch out for the hot slice. Being a friend, dave a buck, and get a whole pie.

First impressions- I love the retro vibes, old school pizza parlor aesthetics, and love the variety of slices they offer! foods I tried: Hot Tito- my favorite slice, I love the addition of hot honey, I think the sweetness really balances the heaviness of the sausage and pepperoni. Bianco- simple but so so good. I am a huge fan of ricotta so this slice was a big hit for me. Meatball Flight- actually some of the best meatballs I've had, it's tender and flavorful, and they don't skimp on the sauces which I so appreciated. Each sauce was delicious but I particularly have a biased favoritism towards the pink sauce. Garlic Pillows- soft, fluffy, buttery, and garlicky, dip it in the meatball sauces, you won't regret it. Big Gus Salad- a large portion of salad Love how close it is to the field, you can easily get some slices before or after a game/concert!

There is nothing good about this pizza place. The pizza is doughy, greasy, heavy, undercooked, and the service is about as good as Joe Biden's economy - But... This pizza is legit "drunk pizza". If you're at Progressive Field, watching The Guardians lose again (Wtf?), this pizza dump is worth the stop... Grab a slice (or the whole pie) and get some crappy service from the rude black lady working the counter - It serves the purpose of mitigating a God awful hangover of drinking through 9 innings of underwhelming baseball. Geraci's is a nice pizza shop great for something quick! They are also open on the late night which is cool because sometimes things aren't open late downtown.

Customer service was good and food was delicious. Stumbled across the Geraci's Slice Shop on our visit to Downtown Cleveland. I got the veggie pizza and it was delicious with a little kick of spice. Pepperoni pizza was also good. The space itself is pretty cool. Lots of seating area some arcade games and vintage items. I would definitely go to this pizza place again if I'm ever in Ohio.

Huge thank you to Darell (hope I'm spelling this right) and the team here. It's rare we get to have pizza with a dairy allergy in the mix, so after trying a few subpar pies elsewhere, and doing some research, Geraci's stuck out as a front runner in the online reviews. Darell informed us as we walked in that our pick-up pie was just getting in the oven. Definitely a minor inconvenience, as we wanted to spend some time taking advantage of the aesthetic masterpiece they've devised for this location. He offered us some complimentary water while we waited, and assured us the pizza would be hot and ready soon. We took some time to play with our cameras, play some Ms. Pac-Man and really enjoy the space. Before we knew it, our pizza was ready. We were extremely excited, and I think it was showing! Darell invited us to open it up and take a look. Our eyes were amazed at the sight! We took it home and it did not disappoint! It was pricey, but 100% worth every penny. We will be back, again and again. Best pizza I've had in Cleveland, EVER!

Don't walk, run to this place. The service, the atmosphere, the pizza! 5/5!!!! Feels like a new york slice of pizza, and so reasonably priced. We got the bianco ... gooey goodness. Next time ill add hot honey! Feels like a throw back to the 1980s!!

Visited Geraci's today to try their pizza. My co-worker and I visited and we each ordered two slices. For two slices and a drink it's around $15.50, but if you get the combo it's $16. The combo comes with two slices, chips or a small salad, and a drink. I went with the bianco and a spicy vegan. Then we proceeded to get drinks and sat down. A minute later, the pizza was delivered after being warmed in the oven. Both of my slices were tasty. I especially liked the thin, crispy crust - it had a good bite and chew. The sauce was good, but the bianco (olive oil, riccota, cheese, mozz, and romano cheeses) wasn't really flavorful. I think with some garlic butter, it would've been much better. A spicy vegan was yummy. My co-worker had a slice of hot tito, which had a sweet sauce for some reason. He did not enjoy it at all. His square slice consisted of crust, sauce, and seasonings only, but he said that one tasted better than the tito. Overall, he was disappointed with the pizza and the price. As far as pizza goes, we're glad we tried it, but I don't think we'll be back often, since there are several other pizza options nearby.

Coming into the store there was a cute counter by the window if you did decide to sit inside and eat. We came all the way from Kent for the pizza and wanted to try a slice before we left for home so my boyfriend ate a slice in the parking lot really quick. An employee (possibly the owner) came out with napkins and offered us to sit inside. We declined as we had to leave but the man graciously went inside and brought us out cold water bottles for our drive home! It was such a thoughtful gesture. Now onto the pizza. It was delicious! We ordered a regular pepperoni pizza and the white Neapolitan style pizza. It wouldn't let me add pineapple to my pizza online, which was fine because it didn't need it, the pizza was so good! My boyfriend loved his pepperoni pizza and I also enjoyed my Neapolitan style white pizza. It had a great garlicky flavor and was crispy on the crust. Will definitely be back to try the margarita pizza next! So if you're looking for a great pizza with hospitality I recommend coming to Joe De's!

We ordered two small specialty pizzas and one extra-large pizza, all with pan crust. After placing our order, I overheard the kitchen mention they were out of pan crust, but no one informed us right away. When our two small pizzas arrived, I assumed the extra-large was still being prepared. When I asked about it, our server told me I had requested it to go, which I had not. To her credit, she tried to make things right by providing a pizza to take home, but the crusts and sizes were still not what we originally ordered. She also spent time explaining what was going on in the kitchen. Personally, I prefer when a problem is simply corrected rather than accompanied by excuses. In the end, I didn't eat much because I didn't care for the hand-tossed crust. To add to the disappointment, an automatic 20% gratuity was added to the bill, which was surprising and something I had never seen there before. Overall, this was not the experience I've come to expect from this restaurant. I'm not sure I'll be returning anytime soon.

If you check out my reviews, you'll see that I've sampled pizzas in more than one state and more than one country, including Italy. I've sampled many types of crusts and sauces. While the crust here is fine (not the best), the sauce is repulsive. My daughter said "Dad, this area is heavily populated with people from Eastern Bloc countries," to which I responded "If they like their pizza sweet, so be it. But I certainly don't." I understand that there are plenty of pizza styles, including the Greek version, which includes cinnamon on occasion. Yuck. This place is called Napoleon's Pizza, and they claim to conquer pretty much everything, from your pizza craving to the whole town of Parma. Indeed, Napoleon was an Italian dude who was born in France. His conquering skills were excellent, until his greed resulted in the deaths of thousands of soldiers who froze to death. All of that to say, I might've named this place Napoli's Pizza (since Napoli is the birthplace of the pizza we know today). But the sweet sauce here is an abomination, so maybe 'Napolean's' is more appropriate after all.

The food I ordered the anchovy margherita pizza and it was a solid 9.5/10. Easily one of the closest pizzas I've had in the U.S. to the authentic Roman-style pizzas I remember. The only minor criticism -- and honestly not really their fault -- was that the anchovies tasted slightly canned, giving a bit more fishiness than the fresh anchovies commonly used in Italy. The service One of the owners, Annie, felt like the Italian nonna welcoming you into her home. Warm, thoughtful, conversational and constantly making sure everyone was taken care of. That hospitality elevated the entire experience. The atmosphere The restaurant is smaller and lively, so it can get pretty loud, especially on a Saturday night. The music was a tad louder than I personally prefer, but I also think it helps balance out the constant buzz of conversation happening at every table. The wait My friend and I arrived around 6:30 PM on a Saturday and the wait was about an hour and a half -- which is wild for a pizza place, but also says everything about how popular it is. Worth it? If you're craving authentic Italian pizza, absolutely. Overall The food alone makes the noise and wait worthwhile, and the hospitality makes you want to come back. I'd absolutely return the next time I'm in Cleveland.
