I would come here every year after fishing. food was good, beer selection was decent with a local tap and it was clean. Show up today on a Thursday at 430 pm. So the actual pizza was decent which given the shape of the restaurant was actually surprising. We are the ONLY people in here, the menus don't work because their video box is overheating, they have 3 empty beer taps narrowing my choices from a really good Hex or staple Sierra Nevada to modelo or Pacifico. The salad bar looks sketchy at best, the hot food to go case has 1/2 a mummified pizza in it and the heat lights don't work, and from where I am ordering the kitchen has old food / pizza cuttings all over the counter. There are 4 dirty tables and the kid (20 ish with a beard) is behind the counter on his phone ignoring all of this. We order our food. I ordered one trip to salad bar looks sketchy.... Living on the edge for sure. Have to ask him for a plate. Then return to ask for a fork and knife. Hands me a fork with his hands all over the part you eat with .... Request another fork. Hands me a knife the same way that had old food on it. Request a clean knife. Dude then completely ignore the filthy mess in the restaurant and sits on his phone behind the counter. If I had to bet, this is the next business in Burney going out of business. The only person working is the older lady with red hair. This guy has not gotten off the phone the whole time. Passed by this place on NYE, as we were craving pizza after a hike at Burney Falls up the road. It didn't look open from the outside but we gave it a go. It definitely needs to be remodeled inside. This place is a blast from the past and I'm not talking in a good way. We were the only people in here from start to finish. I ordered the small pepperoni pizza and the rest of my family ordered a mix of the Italian pizzas and a side of wings. I really liked my pizza. It was a good size and reminded me of the pizza from Round Table (which I really liked). My brother had a huge side of wings but we weren't really a fan of them. They had no flavor and were a little fatty for wings. It's a great place to stop if you're looking for pizza on the way through Burney though. read more

A good pizza from here is hit and miss. The prices seem to fluctuate, the crust is always different and so are the toppings and sauce. Too much cheese and sauce tonight for no apparent reason. Called tonight to place our order for their advertised Monday night special - 2 large one topping pizzas for $38.99. The girl taking the order didn't know what I was talking about and after telling her twice she had to ask someone else. We came here family of 5 ordered a large combo, large peperoni, 2 soft drinks and 2 ranch dressings. Cost was 95 bucks! Plus you HAVE to tip them at least 15 percent if you pay by credit card. The combo pizza had no bell peppers or onions lots of these tiny balls of sausages that tasted like they were frozen and would fall off when picked up. The sauce was tangy like tomato sauce out of a can. Crust was thin. Pepperoni was just the same, sauce tasted like tomato sauce straight out of a can. (sad that the raspberry patch burned up), walking in, the place looked okay. the fellow that took our order, seemed personable enough. while she paid, i visited the restroom. what a pigsty. (hers wasn't any better), came out to the table, and found out that a medium pizza, and 2 draft beers cost, $44. the beer was sour. the person that brought us our pizza, seemed personable enough. the pizza was a bacon pizza. made with, i think, canadian bacon. we are bacon freaks, it was inedible. we each tried a slice, and walked out, leaving the pizza and beer on the table. and NO, we would not recommend, or return to. we should have had the pizza at burney bowl, fun place. read more

I've had several experiences with Geoetto's. First experience. Ordered to go. Phone order was solid. Great staff. Hot food. We had extra pepperoni, extra cheese and garlic. We were so hungry I failed to take a picture. BUT was going to give GP's a 5-star. Before i submitted the review I revisited two weeks late. Sunday afternoon. I'm heading from Fall River to the Bay Area. This is my dinner. Guy is a bit rude. I was then told it was too late to take an order. I hold my 5-star review for the time being. Third time I'm still hopeful. Order goes well. Same combo order. Guy at counter super chill. Pizza was hot when I got there. I'm super Hopeful...unfortunately the Pizza crust was like cardboard. Felt like it was day old crust. Bummer. Definitely not 5-star. Ok, one more time. (Not a ton of options in Burney on Sunday nights.). Oder goes good. I get there and staff were great. Pizza was hot. BUT this time skimpy on pepperoni. The "extra cheese" came out "light on the cheese" and again the crust wasn't done right. This time not fully cooked. We tried. We'll probably try again. In short, the pizza was good (we ordered one small combo and one small pepperoni, both with thin crusts). The employees, at least the ones that we encountered, were great. No issues with any of them. However, the place was an absolute mess. A lot of the tables were dirty and the floor had a random mix of crap thrown everywhere. Our orders were brought out to us in about 10 to 15 minutes. The only person we interacted with while we were there was not friendly but not unfriendly either. Worst business in Burney. AVOID THIS PLACE! Disrespectful employees . Makes the owner look pathetic... not hiring proper employees nor supervising the ones he does have. I'm SHOCKED they receive business. Upon attempting my first call; a girl picks up, and proceeds to PRETEND to not hear me. (I can hear my voice echo back to me). She repeats "Hello?" A few times as if I'm not responding then hangs up. A few minutes later I call again; same girl answers... this time she tells me to "please hold" and sets the phone down on the counter. I can still hear ongoing background noise. 5 minutes of being on hold I can hear the phone get picked up as if they were checking if the line was still in use. 10 seconds later they picked the phone up and hung up on me. read more
