The Italians believe that they are the e Peet's on Italian food ( which they are) and when you try to exchange something they see the problem with you, they do not feel that they should eat the cost of your mistake, so rightly so, in this culture, they were not happy. You should be thrilled that they went along with your insulting request. I showed up here 30 minutes after they opened and there was no issue, in fact there were already people in the restaurant when I got here. As for the food. I ordered my favorite wine which only came by the bottle, so when I asked if I could take it back to my room, she actually cracked a smile. I had Calamari it was fresh and was delicious. She didn't like me not ordering all of my food at once so at some point she took the menu thinking I was done after the calamari. The inside was crowded with locals and was a tad bit warm, so we opted for the outside seating. There were only a few other tables occupied outside when we arrived. When we left, the outside was pretty full as well. This was another delicious meal in Italy without a hefty price tag. Pizza, beer, water and dessert all for $22.50 (that includes the tip).
