They're located on University Ave between the two parts of Burnside Ave. It's a very small place and easy to miss -- look for the Fruit Stand that is next to / in front of it. I was worried it may be too oily but with the rice it was perfect. This was probably the best goat I've ever had. There's a couple of high top tables to sit at inside, and we chose to eat there so that the food was still hot. We paid in cash, and I believe there was an ATM inside too. He elected to blame me for the mishap and charged me in full for half of the order. Uber Eats subsequently confirmed that the error was with Seis Vecinos' system. It was worth noting that the restaurant was empty at the time. The kitchen could have attempted to accommodate the paid-for order instead of being combative about their mistake.

After checking their menu, I noticed they served just about all the classic dishes that have become popular over the years. I made sure to order ahead of time so that I could beat the dinner rush. The place is tiny, I imagine it's a takeout heavy spot, save for a few dine-in tables. Food wise, everything was on point. I really love their extra salty espaguetis (#1), complete with olives and a hearty heap of pasta coated in a thick red sauce. I was especially happy to down their arroz con pollo as well as their pernil over rice. The papa rellena con carne was a greasy, yet indulgent and was the size of a baseball. Wash it all down with a motor soñando or a parcha (passion fruit), and life is good. Breakfast lovers will appreciate their tres golpes, a simple plate of two eggs, two fried cheeses, and two salami. Jamon, tocino and or longanisa is also available. Mofongo is also a staple, which for me is best served with cheese and chicharron. I managed to score their tres leches, which was mild in terms of sweetness. I eventually realized that it's not made in-house but by a bakery in the neighborhood. I thought the customer service was friendly and The vibes were definitely of a quality neighborhood Dominican spot that I long for in my own neighborhood.
