Horrible experience. I hired them to remove 4 walls during an entire renovation of my house over 2…read moreyears. My general contractor does it all, but removing load bearing walls so I hired Forsyth Remodeling to just remove the walls. They were more than other contractors but I wanted to make sure it was done properly as this was the ground floor in a 2+ story home. Work began and quickly went downhill. Some walls were not load bearing and Jay told me there was no way to return the $1.3k in wood materials no longer needed and I was stuck with the extra wood!!! Electric lines were cut from outlets and they refused to re connect them without me paying additional. Same thing for the lights. So now there is NO power to the kitchen, entryway, and living room. I had wires hanging from the ceiling, walls and floors uncapped. I texted Jay multiple times halfway through the week, he just kept saying if you want us to do anything with the power you have to pay more. So they have no problem cutting the lines. They just refuse to Reconnect them The contract stated that drywall was to be put up at the end and I kept questioning him how they could put drywall up with unattached wires going everywhere. He just kept telling me I have to pay for an electrician. By Friday the workers were using cell phone lights to work by. Nobody stopped by to check on the workers work or the progress. Nobody talked to me, even though I was raising serious issues in the middle of the week. By Friday I was living in a completely dark house with lights, not switched up. Drywall hanging and damaged from them taking down the walls and still no explanation or timeline on when drywall would go up or how in the world could they drywall around opened unconnected wires. I told Jay that the pictures and story would not look good on a review and he said that he did not care and to go right ahead. Eventually, I talk to the owner of the company. He explained that drywall should never have been included as you cannot drywall around unconnected wires. He also agreed that yes walls should have been checked before buying product. That is non-returnable and did refund me the unused wood, and they took it back, I guess for another project. He also finally on Friday sent the electrician to spend an hour or two tentatively reconnecting wires to be able to have power and lights for the weekend. He also agreed that my Contractor should have been coming in during the week to do the wiring so they could have done the drywall, however, Jay explicitly told me that under no circumstances could I have other vendors like my Contractor here working while they were here which I abide by. This *Now leaves us multiple days behind schedule and trying to juggle other vendors. It's really hard to describe the amount of stress and dysfunction going on in an already chaotic stressful situation. I was refunded for work not done and the materials not used. I was not given a discount for the incredible cluster fluff that this turned into. The lack of communication and refusal to even come out to see what the issues were created an absolute worst case scenario. The workers did a decent job on the work that they did however such a lack of common sense when writing a quote, and severe lack of management and common sense of seeing the issues that were happening and refusing to listen to me or come out and address the issues left this a nightmare. I have spiderwebs of wires everywhere and struggling on a Friday afternoon to try and reset and find drywaller's for next week before the painters are supposed to come. they to charge me to hook up a wire, but didn't offer a refund for the damage that they caused to other drywall areas. Better customer service would have been to do what they did and the small amount that was still owed written off for a decent customer service, the sleepless nights, the thermostat not working, the power not working, having to eat out because there's no way to cook food, no lights in the house at night, ect.

We were scheduled for a later day and they called us one day and asked if they could start sooner. A full team came out and worked on our yard. Most of the transformation was completed within the day. They did have to return the next morning to drop off more rocks. After the "final" walk through, Corey advised he was not satisfied with some areas and scheduled a day to return. He pointed out areas we had not noticed were not to perfection. He came back out and fixed the aesthetics he was not happy with. We were thrilled because our backyard did not flood! Our dogs have been able to use the backyard even after it rains. Updating- siding depot refused to remove the defective work and reinstall. This wasnt a one off…read more The owner has been to my house 3 times. Ive taken the following measures. I've had the Nichiha rep to my house confirming the work is not done according to manufactures guidelines with the owner of the company present. I paid for licensed home inspector. They are unbiased. The inspector said it was the worst he'd ever seen and the report is a gazillion pages. I called my insurance and they sent an adjuster out. He shook his head and said its the worst he'd ever seen. My denied insurance claim states that the work is defective and construction defects arent covered.It also states that water damage is inevitable. Meaning there are no reasonable steps I can take to protect my house My insurance (Amica)refused to give me the adjusters report(not legal dont let them). BUT, they offered to send out a structural engineer to check it out and give me a report. PE (structural engineer) stated the work(starting with the wrap underlayment) does not meet the minimum requirements for wall coverings violating international residential building code. Trustdale saw the video of the rep telling Armando he didnit wrong. -I gave them copies of the install manual I marked up with pictures of the defective work. -They had a representative come to my house with another siding guy and and the owner of siding depot(owners third visit)! -Trustdales siding guy stayed after they left and is the third professional to tell me its the worst hes ever seen. -Trustdales stance differs from that of Nichihas product rep and install manual. It differs from the report written by an impartial home inspector. It differs from the report from the Structural Engineer. It is apparently more valid than the international code book. -It was Trust Dale who first presented me with the official offer of nondisclosure. They then said the resolution was to let these people on my property who already REFUSED to remove the defective work come patch it up IF i paid them first! They are the ones who decide if they have honored the "10,000 dollar trustdale warranty" When I told them that was unacceptable they tried to say i didnt register the purchase with them. I WAS MID PURCHASE when I contacted them. Yup, thats right. TrustDale tried to squirm out of their side by claiming i contacted them too soon. (Or too late depending on the day) I also could've gone through their website before. Off I go across the internet to cost these jerks 10x what they cost me. Long story... but, these guys drove through my neighborhood after a decent storm and went door to…read moredoor in attempt to get ppl to file claims with their insurance under "acts of god" for storm damage to their roofs. Their intent was to do the work and pick up the check from the homeowners insurance. I had Joshua Nicholson and Josh Stamps show up to my door to advise me that I incurred some storm damage, and offered a free quote. I advised them I had recently tried to get a roofer out for something completely unrelated to the storm that was discovered while cleaning our gutters. So, we scheduled a date for an inspection. The day of the inspection Jeremy Stamps shows up, and apparently his colleagues did not advise him that we lived on a slope. As a result, he didn't have the ladder necessary to get on my roof. We discussed expectations and he told me he'd have someone come out the following day. For some added insight he informed me that my insurance company is sometimes difficult to file a claim with, which I advised wasn't a concern and I'd pay out of pocket if necessary, but I was also concerned about the other issue that I was trying to get a roofer out for prior to them showing at my door. Jeremy acknowledged this. Now, fast forward to the day they actually get on my roof. They were up there for quite some time. One of the roofers, who I failed to get his name, knocked on my door and advised me that there wasn't enough damage to file a claim with my insurance company. When I asked about the other issue that I was concerned about, he advised me that his boss never told him about it, so he never assessed the situation. A little upset, I asked for a quote for the supposed storm damage that I did incur. He said he'd have his boss get back to without so much asking for an email address or anything. Guess what? No quote. I ended up having another reputable roofer come out to repair the issue that was my initial concern, and not only did he address that issue, but he repaired the "storm damage" C&R said I incurred from the storm at no additional charge. Shady way of doing business is all I have to say. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of other mostly positive reviews, which I now find hard to believe. Only reason I gave two stars was because everyone was at least very friendly to my face. FOLLOW UP: Got a call from Jeremy within hours of posting my review because "a bad review is bad for business." Normally I'd give him some credit for trying to reach out and make things right, but apparently he just saw the bad review without actually reading it because he offered to come out and give me a quote for the repair I already had done by another roofer. Just more and more I think about it, the more and more I think these guys are scamming people. Buyer beware!
