Then 3 days later they suddenly were too "nervous" to do the job and bailed. This was a simple curved wall. I gave them the manufacturers very detailed directions and I even told them if it still cracked for whatever reason I wouldn't hold them responsible. I was on a tight schedule and needed them to follow through. Still, they wouldn't do it, despite originally saying it was no problem. The 3 day delay affected me a great deal and I had to find someone else in a panic. The new company I found, Johnson Drywall, did the job quick and saved me...and they didn't even flinch at the project.

Besides being professional, extremely competent, impeccably responsive, and a pleasure to work with, he is one of the most ethical individuals I have ever met. He truly cares about his clients, and his own work ethic is second to none...a rarity in this day and age! Logan is also very versed in how to deal with insurance companies and was there through all the steps starting with helping us get the claim filed and being present when the adjuster came out. Our claim was pretty difficult to deal with, but Logan was patient and there throughout to consult with until we finally got approval. For the actual job, it was so well run and went so smoothly. Materials were delivered the day before, along with a dumpster. A large crew arrived the next day and completed the bulk of the job, working a very long day. By mid morning the next day, everything was completely done and all trash removed. Logan checked on the job multiple times and took drone pictures throughout, as well as communicated with me, keeping me updated. Topps was like a well oiled machine. Huge kudos to contractors that show up when they say they are going to and then go above and beyond on the promised work. We do not take this for granted AT ALL these days. If you have a roofing need, you cannot go wrong with Topps Roofing. I wish every company was run like this and was this easy to work with! We cannot thank them enough!

Easy peasy! Topps…read moreRoofing has replaced many homes in my neighborhood and everyone I spoke with had a positive experience. So, this spring, I had Topps replace 2 roofs, one shingled and one metal. My contact at TR was Logan and he was awesome at keeping me abreast of status, changes and follow ups. Logan was present on my replacement days too. There was ZERO surprises :-))! My roof replacements took one day each, but the entire project took over 2 months. There were minor delays due to rainy weather and copper shortage post Covid shutdown...which Topps (or anyone) couldn't control. I appreciate Logan, Brook and TR team guiding me through it all. After all, it's not often a home owner has to replace a roof! My roof replacements recently completed and I'm very happy with their work. My new roofs are beautiful... never thought I'd describe roofs as such - ;-). It's like the feeling you get from your new car smell or a new pair of handmade shoes. TR crew was definitely had their installation process down and they CLEANED well after the main roof replacement! Metal / Copper roofs they subcontract out but over saw the process. Logan came by after to make sure I was satisfied with the replacement. Timely was Logan to follow up on minor things like a window screen damage I found after their shingles installation. He got it fixed in less than a week! TR offers quality materials from a reputable national manufacturer with decades of warranty and they stand by their workmanship and both my copper and shingles roofs have a labor warranty. Perhaps most importantly for me, Logan was solid at managing my replacements and genuinely interested in making me happy with their work. Now a days finding a contractor who keeps their word and want customers for a long term are harder to come by. Logan's a KEEPER and if I ever need a roof replacement in the future, Logan is who I'd call! So lucky and thrilled with Logan, Brooks and Topps Roofing for pleasant and quality replacement experience!

We just want everyone to know what a great job they did and how impressed we are with how earnest and hard-working everyone on their team is. Special kudos to Jose and Martin, the team leaders. Their pricing is competitive. The floorers and painters worked harder than we have seen in many, many years to make sure the project finished on schedule. And their attention to detail (picking up on a lot of things we hadn't even noticed) can't be beat. They made suggestions for improvements, which made the result so much more impressive than if they had only done what we originally asked. They also suggested things that could be done differently to save us money. They did most of the heavy-lifting since we are seniors. Special thanks to Ivan, the project manager. He took what could have been a laborious project for us and made it manageable. 5 out of 5 stars!

Despite not probably feeling great about my initial review, they remained very friendly and understanding throughout each conversation, which definitely speaks to their integrity. ORIGINAL: The customer service and estimation process was fine and the rep I spoke to was friendly; however the actual $375 soft wash I received was subpar and this company does not stand by their work. I paid the invoice despite not being happy and reached out to let them know my disappointment. I received no response. I was shocked given that this company came highly recommended from multiple neighbors and the Roswell Moms FB group. My husband and I went back to watch our security cameras and saw that the washer couldn't get the hose in the back turned on and didn't say anything. That could explain why the job wasn't fully complete. I will not be using them again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
