The project manager and the owner of the company is ALWAYS available (phone, text or email). 10. Punctuality. They arrive around 8, 8:30 and leave around 6, 6:30. 11. I obtained a few estimates from different contractors, and they were not the cheapest, but they were reasonably priced with far better reviews than the cheaper option, which is another reason I chose them. Thomas is highly responsive to communication, which again is quite unusual with most contractors in my experience, so that was a nice plus too. They provided evidence of insurance upon request. We paid a 50% deposit to get on the schedule and I was able to pay that by credit card without an extra fee, which was appreciated since it allowed me to get reward points on the purchase. A crew of three guys came out to the house early in the morning and completed the job just before dark. They did a phenomenal job. Each step was documented with pictures to show where rotten decking needed to be replaced, and an explanation of everything. Despite already being reasonably priced, Thomas gave us a nice discount for the extra decking on the final invoice, which was a happy surprised and very much appreciated. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. If you need a new roof or any kind of roof work, Tom and Jerry Roofing is the best there is without a doubt!

The person was very friendly, acknowledged…read morethat there were issues with the installation and fixed them to our satisfaction without complaint. --------------------------- I have spent $4,900 with Gutter Bro (new gutters, new gutter guards and misc cleaning services) over the last year so I was very disappointed that they did not address what I consider to be an installation issue. A couple of days ago, my husband heard rattling outside his office window. He got outside in time to see a squirrel squeeze out from between the gutter guards. Turned out there was a 3 inch gap between the gutter guards and the nearby wall that allowed the squirrel and a bunch of leaves into the gutter. The edge of that guard was perfectly straight showing that it was human-cut and not creature-chewed. Given that the guard is literally screwed onto the gutter, it clearly did not shift over by itself When I let the owner of Gutter Bro know and provided the pictures, he tried to blame it on everything but workmanship and wanted me to pay for their trip out to address it. After I pointed out the straight edge, he stopped responding, no doubt hoping that I would go away. I recommend that you think hard before investing any major dollars with this company. And you might want to climb a ladder yourself to check their work before payment and not rely on their pictures.
