The day of my dog's appointment, I walk inside only for ANDREA (vet tech) to tell me that they were closed for the day... done giving vaccines! I was told that they close at 1 PM and had to move on to another location. There was a guy standing beside her who just stood there like a bump on a log and said nothing (found out later he was the actual veterinarian). I was beyond pissed because WHY would they allow me to make an appointment for 12:55 if they closed at 1?!? I called and spoke with a store staff member (Mary) who was very nice and perplexed as to why they did not accommodate me. She saw me walk inside and be denied service and questioned them about it.
