Not the stern voice you have to use sometimes with dogs.... no... they were screaming 3) my dog has pretty upsetting injuries. In the past I have brought him in with his harness and they always print out a laminated collar for him to use during his time there. They didnt do this time and they left the harness on him for DAYS. when I picked him up he has severe chafing and was bleeding from several spots. They said nothing to me. This isnt even the first time he's been injured here. He had a cut so bad on his ear once that it got an infection... again at that point they said nothing. Today, in combination with previous visits this year, have brought me to the internet to urge you (whoever you are) to find somewhere else to take your dog.
