I love when you leave a negative review how much attention you get to remove it. This dealership in my opinion only cares when they control the narrative. If you dare push back then expect a hostile non cooperative conversation. I'm a senior who believes in accountability and I run my business with that always in mind. These people will dismiss defend and then discount your views in place of there's blaming the customer for the issues. Taking no responsibility or accountability for their product but as I indicated shifting the blame on the consumer. Sales manager Mary jane is a big scammer. she wont explain anything and very rude she try to scam me & my husband she include freight and pdi charges on Demo car which already have 13k clicks. Every time I try to book an appointment with Lisa for service she gives me hard time by her rudeness and transfer me to her manager Christine which is worse, I said enough is enough I went to another dealer in Brampton. I ask the dealer to train his employees to be polite and professional when they deal with customer. I have to mention that once I dealt with Richard he is nice with excellent customer service. read more

Purchased a used car - had and still having an extremely bad experience with my purchase. Seriously re-think of doing any business with Georgetown Honda. I'm now dealing with a major safety car issue and recently found out "from another Honda Dealer" the car was in an accident. I will be taking further action and bringing more public awareness regarding Georgetown Honda Dealer business conduct. NO STARS. (i had to put one) Doesn't even deserve a rating. WORST service and customer service experience EVER. Service manager is rude, condescending, arrogant and that's being nice. My husband and I took our 2007 Honda Fit in for service for what was supposed to be warranty work. Service Manager Dave told us "I'm not fixing it under warranty. The car has 'been messed with' ". At each point of inquiring about our car the response was flatly "Nothing has changed. I'm not fixing it under warranty and Honda is not covering it so unless you want to pay me to fix it then it's not getting fixed." When my husband went in to pick up our car as is and was questioning the bill for diagnosis already done, Dave became agitated, grabbed the bill from my husband, threw it on the back counter and said "I think we've talked about this enough. If you don't want to pay the bill your car can stay here. The tow truck is here. Until you pay the bill, you're not taking the car." We paid them $600 to get our car, had the car towed from GT Honda AT OUR EXPENSE JUST SO THEY DIDN'T GET ANOTHER PENNY for any further repairs or labour. Absolutely, hands down, the worst service. Go elsewhere. Barrie Honda is doing the repairs, who are AMAZING. On a side note: I put a complaint on the Georgetown Honda Facebook page stating that the Service Manager was rude, arrogant and that they had lost our business. The next day it was removed and I was blocked from posting anything further. read more

I have had good and bad experiences with this dealership. I will say that they came a long way in the last six years, especially in the service department. I will also add that their prices are a bit cheaper than Toronto Honda locations for service and even purchasing a car. There is room for improvement, but the service department is usually very friendly. Mechanic wise, work could be done a bit faster though and the waiting area could be better. read more

"Poor customer service, very rude person at the service desk! Christine Daher - Operations Manager. This dealership stripped bolts on the oil pan shield during the many times the oil was changed there and would not admit doing so. When I told Daher that they stripped the bolts by putting them back in with an air ratchet rather than first hand starting the bolts, she became very defensive and told me that bolts can also be stripped during removal and that someone else had stripped them. I told her that the head of a bolt can be stripped during removal but not the thread. She said I was wrong and told my wife that she was educating me after I walked away frustrated. I will never use this Honda auto service again!" read more

I purchased a Honda Civic SI model from Georgetown Honda and the only real issue I had was with the sales rep. After trying to get a better deal on the vehicle he explained that this is not a domestic dealership ,. we can sell our Honda's no problem .. if you dont buy it someone else will. The fact they are so sure of themselves really upset me. I had a couple other small issues with Georgetown Honda regarding a free Ipod with the sale of a car and a free chance to win a bbq .. after I signed the papers for the car I asked for the Ipod and the sales associate said that I dont get one because I purchase the highest Civic Si model. He claimed that if I had purchased the base model I would get one. Also said the same about the bbq said I dont get a chance to win it. One other problem was the car was selling for 28,999 on the window sticker ..with everything on the car. When the papers were written up he claimed I had to pay an extra $200 on top of the price for the window tint that came with the car. Eventually I argued and he removed the $200 for tint off the price. I purchased my Civic .. had transmission issues and other problems.. and eventually traded it in to a Chrysler dealership for a Dodge and this Dodge has been the best most reliable car ive ever owned. Go figure .. thought Honda was suposed to be so great ?? Well.. I hear Classic Honda is a great dealership .. but I would not reccomend Georgetown Honda due to there bad customer service. read more

I called for a oil change today and they fit me in within a half hour. That was very convenient for me, Because I was driving back home to Milton from Toronto. They treated me well as I waited by asking me if I wanted coffee and advising me that they have WiFi within the dealership. The lady at the service counter was polite and friendly. I advised her that this is my 4th leased Honda Civic from them and that I always get a 1st oil change " free". She looked into it and could not find written confirmation, she had a manager named Christine pull the contract and still could not find confirmation, with no arguing at all, another manager waved the $70.00 Oil change. Made me feel great and THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I come back to this dealership. I was treated like a adult and explained what was going on as my situation moved from service desk to manager and to another manager. They also washed my car. Georgetown Honda has always made me feel comfortable every time i have visited their dealership. i currently own a 2007 Honda Civic and cant tell how much i have enjoyed this vehicle. The vehicle tells me when my vehicle requires service and when i go into Georgetown Honda they have all the pricing and explaination clearly posted on a wall. I have always had great service from Georgetown and excellent communication with the service department. read more

Not impressed with Georgetown Honda. Took a car there to be certified only to be told that it needed so many repairs, it wasn't worth it. They were very willing to take the car and give us cash towards the purchase of a new vehicle. I took the car elsewhere and yes, it does need some minor work, but nothing major or costly. No wonder some folks I know won't take their Hondas there for service. read more

I Purchased a used Honda CRV 2011 from Georgetown Honda. I purchased this Honda CRV for my wife that has back problem, easier for her to get in and out of the vehicle. We traded in a Honda civic 2009, thinking that the Honda CRV will help my wife. We bought the Honda in October 2014, six months later, Maintenance Service B light up on the dash. No problem. I had to do extra servicing , new back brake, brake fluid and a wheel alignment and this vehicle was safety checked. Honda's are great vehicles, it's the service at Georgetown Honda not so great. i was ripped off by georgetown honda owned by peter hermann as well as 401 dixie nissan. a mecanic who had the same car that i owned put a new rebuilt engine into my car, but removed the cold start automatic choke part from my carburetor and put this part into his own vehicle's carburetor. the choke part is only sold in a new carburetor. my car ran rough until a mechanic friend of mine pointed this out to me. don't deal with georgetown honda nor 401 dixie nissan. when a dealership constantly over does it with advertising all the time. word of mouth warnings from customer to customer. can make or break a business. read more

We purchased a 2011 Accord from Georgetown Honda earlier this year. The sale resulted in loose ends, which we hoped would be upheld honestly and professionally without complication ... think again. It was a demo vehicle and we discovered during the first service that the air filters were clogged and according to the service manager "beyond normal wear" (with a hint of shame directed our way). Odd we because we asked the sales rep if the car would be fully serviced prior to our purchase. Guess who got charged for the air filters??? Not them, us and we've barely driven the car for 4 months. The experience with the service manager was another example of poor customer service. We completed the customer service survey and sure enough we got a call back from the service manager, very syrupy & sweet, but no substance in the end. So what / where is a good Honda dealership?
