Originally part of my review is as follows: A year has passed and we are contacted by Nick Chopra to come in and to give them another chance. My husband being a nice and forgiving man that he is, agrees much to my reluctance. We ended up with a Dodge Durango and although pricing was not too bad, the promise of a certain low interest rate was not given but still my husband agreed to the new terms. The day of picking up this vehicle: A) Gas tank again not filled B) Detailing of the vehicle again not up to par C) Smell of vehicle....well let's just say we didn't get that new car smell at all D) Back lights were out and did not work E) Accumulation of water and condensation build up in where the back lights are It was brought to Nick Chopra's attention a month (we had gone away on a family trip) after the fact with pictures and we keep getting excuses upon excuses. The last time I had messaged him was June 27, 2018, to date we still have not received any sort of answer. This how unreliable the above dealership is. They want your money (their commission) and then they run. TO DATE: I would like to omit my "avoid at all cost" message and state that Sandra Marchetti was the person that had come through to "make things right" and to at least regain our confinedence in them. Sandra had held themselves accountable for Nick's mistake and had arranged for the following: 1) Racetrack light to be replaced and fixed 2) Gas tank to be filled 3) Complete vehicle detail And although all this had taken some time, at least it is completed, we appreciate it and we can move on from this. The dealership told us that we wouldn't have to service the car for at least 8 months. In reality, within days we discovered a loud squeaking from the wheels and, after checking, learned the front tires had only 3mm of tread left: almost at the legal minimum. This means they knowingly sold us a vehicle that will need new tires within weeks, not months. When I raised the issue, the dealership admitted the tread depth but dismissed it, saying the car had "passed safety," and refused to do anything. Passing the bare minimum safety standard does not equal selling a safe, roadworthy car. This was misleading, unsafe, and shows a complete lack of honesty and accountability. If you value safety, transparency, and trust, do yourself a favor -- never buy a car from this dealership.

(Bull****) only because then they couldn't get that $7000 from me..then weeks later I get a bill in the mail, they messed up and I owe another $450 ... just dishonest people!!!! Why assure me it'll be available but lie and waste my time? Beware of this dealership. They play games and are very shady. After speaking to Jesse for well over a week, he pretty much told me to go to another dealership, rather than provide reasonable incentives for the inconvenience they caused. I received no follow up, no apology from the service manager. Horrible service. I ended up going to a dealership in town that took care of me and reduced the stress Georgetown Volkswagen caused. My initial online inquiry was answered within 6 hours by the Sales Manager. Was immediatly contacted by a Sales Associate (Nick) who helped us through the process professionally and in a timely matter. Price was excellent and everything you would expect was delivered as promised. The car was ready at the time and date we requested. Financing was handled appropriately and satisfactorily. Cant predict if the car will have problems in the future obviously but as far as the buying process it was excellent, couldnt ask for a more accommodating staff.
