There was a small waiting room for her to sit in, and that's when Ms. Jessica and Ms. Amanda came in. They were both professional and personable, striking up conversations with Tori Rain. Though she is non-verbal, they thoughtfully changed the TV channel to something entertaining for her. I was so impressed by the care, concern, and compassion they showed my granddaughter. Their actions turned what could have been a stressful visit into a moment of kindness and comfort. Kudos to Ms. Jessica and Ms. Amanda for their outstanding compassion and professionalism. Please let them know how much we appreciate and loved their personable actions. Thank you for going above and beyond in Georgetown, Texas.

I am beyond disgusted with the way ARA Georgetown treats people in vulnerable situations. We came…read morein for imaging for my disabled parent, just weeks after losing the other parent. We are grieving, financially struggling, and trying to navigate an already overwhelming situation -- and instead of even a shred of compassion, we were met with cold, rigid, and heartless treatment. We were flat-out refused service because we couldn't pay upfront. No attempt to help, no willingness to bill, no discussion of options -- just "no payment, no service." That was it. No empathy, no humanity, nothing. This is healthcare. Or at least it's supposed to be. But what we experienced was the complete opposite. In a moment where kindness could have made a difference, ARA chose cruelty. It is deeply disturbing that a facility entrusted with patient care operates this way. People are not just accounts or dollar signs -- especially when they are disabled and grieving. If you are looking for compassionate care, do not go here. This was one of the most dehumanizing experiences I have ever had.

Scheduling an appointment was simple and their website is easy to navigate. I was scheduled for an appt within an hour of me reaching out. ( for the next morning) I was able to pick a package that was a great price and just what we needed. When we arrived we had the pleasure of meeting Melody. She is very professional and gave my family and I a warm welcome. The room wasnt too big However, it was very calming and comfortable. Overall, I loved the set up! Melody did an amazing job with my scan. Im 34 weeks already so I anticipated getting some fuzzy shots. But melody still pulled off a very memorable moment for my kids. They loved seeing their baby sister on screen and in 3D. Just a heads up, I was reminded that their was no recording or photos allowed . we definitely respected that and everyone else should too :) We were able to select our photos as a family and we couldn't be happier. You won't regret coming here!

I was told during the scheduling process that bc I'm so close to being due and bc she is so low, there's a high chance of not getting many good facial pictures. I wasn't worried about that, more just wanted to see her and make sure her umbilical cord wasn't around her neck at all. They were still able to get some good pictures of our baby though! Thank you again for being so friendly and down to earth about everything. I would HIGHLY recommend Miracle in Sight.

The appointment they scheduled was a phone visit and the care I needed should have been in person, not over the phone. But they said that was their policy, phone first then I can be seen in person. Made no sense to me but I trusted they knew what to do. A few days before the appointment they called me and said I was scheduled wrong so they needed to reschedule me. So now, I thought I was scheduled correctly. The day before my appointment, I was sent a pretty bill and when I called for clarification, I found out I was scheduled incorrectly again and no one could explain the bill. Billing said one thing about a care I was receiving and the office said another. All I heard was "maybe it's then, maybe it's that." It was a headache for weeks trying to get scheduled correctly so I just went elsewhere. Found great care and am never looking back to BSW. I am so happy with my new doctor and the staff! I wasn't sent a bill before I went and they'll billed my insurance instead of asking for a payment before I was even seen. I got the same service I needed at BSW, so not sure why BSW even tried to bill me in the first place.

Given that it was Christmas Day, I had expected long waits so I was surprised there wasn't anyone waiting in the lobby. I was able to get seen right away. The medical staff that took care of me were pleasant. As I had chest x-rays done along with a urine sample, it took around 30 minutes for the results. Overall, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The only thing that I would note was that while it was a fairly clean facility, the cleaning staff wasn't completely thorough with cleaning the blood off the patient room I was in as I could still see dried blood on the floor.
