Though she is non-verbal, they thoughtfully changed the TV channel to something entertaining for her. I was so impressed by the care, concern, and compassion they showed my granddaughter. Scheduling an appointment was simple and their website is easy to navigate. I was scheduled for an appt within an hour of me reaching out. ( for the next morning) I was able to pick a package that was a great price and just what we needed. When we arrived we had the pleasure of meeting Melody. She is very professional and gave my family and I a warm welcome. The room wasnt too big However, it was very calming and comfortable. Overall, I loved the set up! Melody did an amazing job with my scan. Im 34 weeks already so I anticipated getting some fuzzy shots. But melody still pulled off a very memorable moment for my kids. They loved seeing their baby sister on screen and in 3D. Just a heads up, I was reminded that their was no recording or photos allowed . we definitely respected that and everyone else should too :) We were able to select our photos as a family and we couldn't be happier. I was told during the scheduling process that bc I'm so close to being due and bc she is so low, there's a high chance of not getting many good facial pictures. I wasn't worried about that, more just wanted to see her and make sure her umbilical cord wasn't around her neck at all. They were still able to get some good pictures of our baby though! The procedure was cancelled by Dr English's office but the hospital did not get it cancelled and was holding my co pay. Had to call the billing and hospital several times and maybe after 3 months a refund is pending. No one is billing or the hospital could was able to process my request and Dr English had to cancel the procedure again 2 months later.

Dr. Geyer came in and also talked with my husband before the surgery. The recovery nurse kept me informed of my husband's progress after surgery. The doctor also called me. The entire staff are professional, knowledgable, and caring to their patient. We have used this hospital twice and we recommend it. Large mega hospitals are not always better! St. David's is truly a community hospital.

The extremely rude, unprofessional, jerk of a human at the front office named Brittney was also upset that I wouldn't stay and even tried to remove me as a driver. Listen, if you have a life, this hospital will try and micromanage you. If you can't take off work, they try to make you feel bad or even cancel the surgery. Brittney and Nate are horrible people and I can promise you, there are better surgery centers with more understanding people who do not try to micromanage your life...they only focus on doing their jobs.

Given that it was Christmas Day, I had expected long waits so I was surprised there wasn't anyone waiting in the lobby. I was able to get seen right away. The medical staff that took care of me were pleasant. As I had chest x-rays done along with a urine sample, it took around 30 minutes for the results. Overall, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The only thing that I would note was that while it was a fairly clean facility, the cleaning staff wasn't completely thorough with cleaning the blood off the patient room I was in as I could still see dried blood on the floor.

Billing said one thing about a care I was receiving and the office said another. All I heard was "maybe it's then, maybe it's that." It was a headache for weeks trying to get scheduled correctly so I just went elsewhere. Found great care and am never looking back to BSW. I am so happy with my new doctor and the staff! I wasn't sent a bill before I went and they'll billed my insurance instead of asking for a payment before I was even seen. I got the same service I needed at BSW, so not sure why BSW even tried to bill me in the first place.
