I like many of their dishes and some of my favorites are the Pazole Stew and the Drunken Chicken and Maque Choux. They used to have a peanut sauce that was to die for. They also have amazing specials like Lobster Etoufee and Hog Wild Red Chili. If you are in the mood for something different, you won't find recipes like these anywhere else in Kentucky.

We ordered the Maque Choux and the Hog Wild Red Chili this recent visit and did a half-and-half combo with extra garlic bread (highly recommend for soaking up every last bite). We chose rice as our base, but they also offer grits, pasta, or jambalaya. Make sure you ask to sample a few options before committing to your option Everything was flavorful, hearty, and clearly made with care. The staff is incredibly friendly and very patient especially with me asking a million questions about their various spice levels in their dishes. For dessert, we tried the bread pudding, which was good, but the peanut butter pie was absolutely amazing, it didn't even make it home before it was gone. They do have beer options here as well. The ambiance inside is very casual and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal. We will definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

The food is excellent! I ordered the artichoke and mushroom with Parmesan cheese sauce, potato salad, and Andy's Cajun Korn pudding. Portion sizes are very large! My entrée was large enough for two meals. The Cajun Korn pudding was a little spicy but not too much, mostly just good flavor. Potato salad was definitely unique, not like any other potato salad I have had before. Service was very friendly Although my experience today was strictly drive thru next time I will plan to dine in. When you go in you order at the counter and then there are a lot of sauces to choose from to put over your dish if you like. I recommend the garlic hot sauce. The Good: Something I did find today that I have never found before is their seafood bread! I don't know what kind of witchcraft it is but it is one of the best things I've had. We opted for gator bites which were great, along with a generous portion of wings which were amazing. Really the star of the show was Stewie, he and my boyfriend discussed music and singer preferences from way back in the past to present times - who doesn't love Whitney?!?! Anyway, he took amazing care of us weary travelers and kept us giggling with his razor sharp wit - what a breath of fresh air! That's been the case before with that side, so I'll choose another next time and let that one go. I wish I'd gotten a raw tomato side because the tomatoes that came with the chicken salad looked good and I'm told they were.
