The oil change was very reasonably priced and almost equivalent to the price I was quoted at a generic oil change place. After my oil change they told me how much wear was left on my brake pads and when I should replace them to prevent wear and tear on the rotors which is a more costly replacement. They emailed me a quote that same day for brake replacements and also were able to quote me on windshield wipers that I had asked about. Overall, a wonderfully operated family business with genuine employees and integrity that is often hard to find at auto dealers and repair shops.

Then I see the sign Texas Track Works. Yup, I'm in the right place. There is small waiting room when you enter the door, then a bigger room in the back to wait for your alignment. After waiting a few minutes for one of workers to come in, another customer told me they should be right back. Apparently this is popular spot for guys that autocross their cars. A moment later I was greeted by one of the workers. He had my appointment, and told me it would just be a little bit as they ran into an issue with car before me, no problem, I understand. He asked me some questions to get an idea of what my alignments need were. Simple, just wanted to drive on the freeway a little straighter after hitting potholes with all this construction going on. They took my car in, and were done pretty quickly. They gave me the readout, and explained the adjustments they made to return it to stock settings. He also told me to try it out, and if it didn't feel right, just bring it back. I drove it home, and it felt more solid, and straighter. I brought my car here, because of the reviews, and I'm glad I did. I originally went to another shop and they told me they had to keep my car for atleast half a day to do adjustments, and it was going to cost 3x as much as these guys. These guys are honest and know what they are doing. If you're unsure what's wrong with your alignment or ride, just bring it here. There are too many bad shops out there trying to rip people off. Besides these guys don't want your car to take up space & time, because they have so much business.

Scammers. Sold me a control arm replacement service but only replaced one. I have since had FIVE…read moredifferent mechanics tell me the control arms were never done correctly. I went thru a set of $1300 tires in the 3 months following the service because bad control arms cause rapid / uneven tire wear. And the problem has cascaded into several others. Its amazing how the mechanic looked so clean..my car was still pulling to the right so i went to Firestone & they inspected my car & verified that these parts weren't changed and the power steering pump wasn't changed the fluid was black & it cause my alignment to pull to the right.. So i had firestone fix it like it should've been from these modern day grifters. After speaking to this lady on text she actually lied about the services performed & it was a blatant lie & its on record she refused to talk after that ... I hired a lawyer & I had sworn statements from Up standing mechanics that can verify Family Auto didn't perform their job i don't care how long it takes i will see them in court & they definitely will pay 4 times the amount of the price i was charged..
