    Skillet

Skillet had comically tiny portions for $14. Burger tasted really off. Our loaded chili arrived with no sour cream because staff told us "the sour cream is always expired." This location has gone downhill- will not be returning.

Always delicious! Love the breakfast all day and the coupons on the placemat for next time. The service was fast, the food was tasty, I'll always enjoy George Webb for the nostalgia and good breakfast!

I saw a coupon on the back of a grocery store receipt for the all American breakfast for $5.99 and thought that's what a mediocre fast food restaurant would charge for an underwhelming meal and It's regularly Just under $10 so I stopped. It's take out only and the receipt now has a .48 cents service fee which I assume is the take out fee but its all you can do right now. Take out was ready in 5 minutes which must be a record for me, I called it in and went in and it plopped on the counter just as I walked in. My all American breakfast would be two eggs, hash browns, sausage patties with sourdough toast, basically what they all are but you have choices for the meats and toast. My eggs were perfect sunny side up and tasty with the salt and pepper and that nice runny yoke to break into the hash browns. The hash browns were golden but the semi hard/pasty style so just average. The sausage patties were ok, not the absolute best but tasty and juicy/moist that was not cooked to dry. The sourdough toast was the commercial wonder style, generic but better than white with that little chew and lightly buttered. The bottom line that it's ok at the $5.99 price point coupon but the $10 price point I have much better places around town.

On this particular morning, I was the only patron with 2 employees for about 30 minutes. Service was okay for this location. It was clean based on how old this location was

I love George Web© and I take the kiddos there for breakfast on the weekends and their bacon toast and eggs are to die for!!! When I take my kids and they always get their pancakes hash browns and toast. When I and my husband go there he always gets the most food he can get. And to @Matthew S. it doesn't matter if u got cold food! Just heat it in the microwave don't make a big deal about it plus it's where the door dash location is and if you're gonna be a big Karen about it maybe don't order doordash from George Webb if you don't want cold food! it's as simple as that. Many people are so sensitive over cold food I mean you have a microwave for a reason! if u have it use it! Gosh, some people are so stupid when it comes to things like this like grow up Matthew like OMG!

DoorDash bags are supposed to be sealed or stapled shut for the safety of the food. This is how my order arrived.
    Matthew S.

I ordered DoorDash from the Hales Corners George Webb location tonight and wound up getting a complete refund from DoorDash customer service. The order arrived ridiculously late (it arrived around 11:30 when I ordered around 10:30 and the DoorDash estimated time was 14-16 minutes for delivery). To add insult to injury the DoorDash driver handed me an OPENED and UNSEALED bag containing two barely lukewarm double cheeseburgers and a small pile of cold fries. It's my understanding all DoorDash orders arrive sealed to ensure the safety of the food inside. The driver was extremely kind, but holy smokes. A half-hour late for cold food (made wrong, BTW, I ordered ketchup, mayo, and mustard on the sandwiches but they were both plain with cheese only). I'll stick with the McDonalds drive-thru where I can get a same-size double cheeseburger for less than $3 instead of an $8.50 cold burger made by George Webb. This is a shame, as I love their breakfasts. I'm hoping this was just a night full of new employees learning their job or good people just having a bad day. Another experience like this and I'll never frequent George Webb again.

    coffee hot and ready!

We arrived for our 6:00 reservation a little late, but were seated immediately. Upon being seated, we noticed it was quite crowded and were prepared for a few bumps along the road. Our waiter came to our table relatively quickly. Gave us waters and asked if we wanted any drinks. My wife went with a Diet Pepsi and I ordered the Wisconsin old fashioned. When the drinks came we were ready to order and put in our food order. My wife always gets the New York strip, but wasn't positive how she wanted it prepared. The waiter suggested to get it a step lower because they could always recook it but you can't bring it back. So she went with medium (she later stopped the waiter to change it to medium well). She also noticed on the menu that she could get a Grecian side salad instead of the house side salad for $2.95 extra. She went with that and a side of French fries. I had never been to Open Flame but my wife was raving about their steaks. So I decided to follow suit. I got the New York strip steak cooked medium. I always get French onion soup with my steak, and I also decided on French fries. A few minutes later we get our salad and soup. Except that she was brought the dinner sized salad instead of the side salad. After mulling this over when the waiter came back to ask how the first few bites were we told him about the mix up. He said that he told us it would be an up-charge and we knew that going in. We told him about the fine print on the menu where it said it'd be a side salad. He went and found a manager and they went to the serving kiosk. The came back to the table and said that it would be adjusted on our bill. The salad was gigantic and had lots of feta, onions, bell peppers, and pepperoncinis. The French onion soup was very delicious as well. After looking around I noticed that all the tables around us had bread baskets and we didn't have one. When the waiter came to clear our plates and give us a box for the salad I asked for one and he said he'd get it. Shortly after that we got our steaks. One of them had a white stick in it to tell which steak was cooked which temp. I cut into the steak without the stick and told my wife we had to switch, and we were very glad we did. Her steak was cooked a wonderful medium well and the medium steak was cooked very well and the center was still warm. The fries were quite delightful and the vegetables were cooked very well too. The vegetables just needed a touch of salt and pepper. The bread came at the same time as our dinners and it was welcomed because it was warm and pillowy inside but the crust had a nice firmness to it. It was great to sop up the steak juice on the plate. The experience was pretty good all things considered, it was a busy night with a lot going on. We both took some food home to enjoy later one. When the bill came we were anxious to see how much off they took from the dinner salad. They made it right and gave it to us for the price of the side salad upgrade. It was a 30 minute drive for us and we talked on our walk back to the car that we would indeed be back, but not at such a premium time or date.

We headed to the back, where the various bars for drinks were open. The lines weren't too long, but people were everywhere, talking it up and having a great time. It was estimated to be around an hour for a table, but we got seated in under 30 minutes. You can grab about any drink you can think of, and if you're a whiskey or bourbon fan, there are plenty of options to choose from. We got seated inside, and behind us were so many options for spirits to purchase--it was fun just to look over everything they had. On top of that, there was a guy going around giving samples of spirits, so you can always get lucky that way and grab a sample of a possible future purchase We got salads, burgers, cheese curds, and other items. They also had sausage and bacon as meat options on the tacos. I was not impressed with the potatoes and had to add salt. There was an option to add cheese and onion on the potatoes and maybe I would have liked them better if I had done it that way. The server was very nice and checked in on us the perfect amount of times. I will definitely be back when it's warmer and I can sit on the patio or watch a football game in the backyard.

For entrees we got: BLT, Blacked Fish Tacos (with extra bacon), Pesto Encrusted Salmon, and Salmon Power Salad. A note about the Pesto "Encrusted" Salmon. It's not really "encrusted", more like a scoop of pesto placed on top of the Salmon, and they finished under a broiler? Good but not what was expected. Didn't take that long for the food to arrive. Hatem and Munif are two Yemeni entrepreneurs with a passion for Yemeni Coffee and the joint goal of wanting to share it with the world. They founded Qamaria Coffee in 2019 to accomplish this task and in January 2024, they opened a location near Milwaukee in Greenfield, WI. Qamaria offers a variety of dessert options, including a Chocolate Tres Leches, Pistachio Tres Leches, and Caramel Tres Leches cakes. I went with the caramel version, which is described by the cafe as "A decadent caramel treat inspired by tres leches cake, creamy, sweet, and irresistibly smooth". If you've never had Tres Leches Cake, it's a light sponge cake soaked in three types of milk (evaporated, condensed, and whole) that's popular in Latin America. The cake originated in Nicaragua during the 19th century, so on first glance it's not exactly a Yemeni dessert. Doing some research, Middle Eastern variations exist that feature cardamom or rose water and some Qamaria locations do have a Rose Tres Leches. It's fine that the Greenfield location did not have that variety as I honestly would have got the caramel version anyway. My slice was perfectly moist as there was plenty of milk soaked in, but not so much that it made a mess or compromised the structure of the cake. The bottom layer was soft and Tiramisu-like in texture, while the cream on top was rich and thick. Personally, I found the caramel flavor to be mild, but delicious. As it is served chilled, it paired nicely with a hot cup of coffee (which they have a plethora of options to choose from). Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews
