We waited at least 10 minutes before our server appeared. Fortunately we weren't in a hurry. Our drinks didn't take long but since there was hardly anyone in the place, at least two people that appeared to be managers and 4-5 servers it seemed a little long for beer. Our order came out quickly but the chicken was cold and tough. Perhaps left over from lunch rush- it was 12:45- and microwaved. Our slider burgers were NOT cooked. In addition to this our server appeared to be high as a kite or on some type of medication that I might want to know about. A typical Chili's vibe but the music was way too loud for time of day and noise in the restaurant. I am not old, would like to have a conversation, or perhaps that is why the music is loud. To get you out the door. When we left all but two servers were standing around a booth talking to a friend. Not against socializing on the job but there were people obviously waiting to order/check out. Don't waste your time or money.

Once you order, they give you a buzzer and then bring your food to the table. They have a beverage and utensils station. There is plenty of seating. I love the casual theme. Speaking of my order, I had The Threesome. It comes with green chile queso (has a little spice), guacamole, and your choice of salsa. All of them were really flavorful. The cips that comes with it was really fresh and tasty. I also had the Trailer Park. It is loaded with flavorful fried chicken, green chiles, lettuce, pico de gallo, mixed cheese with poblano sauce on a flour tortilla...so so good! the cashier recommended it to me because it was my first time there. The other taco I had was the Chicken Fajita. It is marinated and grilled chicken, grilled onions and peppers, pico de gallo, mixed cheese with tomatillo salsa on a flour tortilla. I also want to add that they have a full bar and tvs. It would be a cool spot to watch the game. They also have a drive thru! Now that excited me, lol! So you know what that means....I will be back!

Well good golly Miss Molly 'cause she is back! Molly's was one of the first real Mexican food…read morerestaurants in the city filled with Latin style restaurants where the other guys foods resembled what you'd expect from TV dinners. It was great, everything was authentic - but then Molly retired and the new owners moved the location to the hip and popular Overton Square. The restaurant turned into a bar - strong drinks with just OK food. And that was fun, if only you didn't come here to eat. Reciently the restaurant has changed hands and the new owners have turned it back into a real Mexican eatery. Now the menu is awesome, and about half of it caters to vegetarian appetites. And not wheatgrass, and Tofu... this is real Mexican food. Don't get me wrong, there is plenty of pork chicken and beef. There are very large menu. And now, everything you look at it is delicious. I have been coming here since they opened and just now realized, I wanna try everything on this new menu. We had the beef chili rellinos with mole and refried beans, which I don't know how they do it but the refried beans have no pork and taste like they're loaded with bacon. She opted for a a la cart selection of black bean soup, roasted poblano pepper and cheese tamale, mushroom, cheese and spinach enchilida served with guac and pico. And as soon as our server left with our order, we immediately felt like we should have ordered this or that instead until our food arrived. TBO. Everything was totally delicious. I guess it means we just have to come back more often and try everything else on the menu. My server was amazing even though we did not order alcohol... (I had the worst feeling that since this place was really a drinking establishment for so long that they really kind of expected to grab a Margarita). The bill came with an included 20% tip, which I would always do anyway but i'm still kind of eah about telling me how to tip... politics! That said the prices were reasonable and the food was killing it delicious.

Seriously, this burger is a gem and for anyone who is old enough to remember The Gridiron, this cheeseburger is the closest thing. I've loved coming here for decades. I only have one small complaint... I think it's awful some people do not know how to tip and I for one thinks it's only right servers receive at least 18% gratuity for what they do. However, this also comes with a problem I've encountered my last two here, servers who don't pay attention after they take your order. We ran low on chips, didn't see our server until our food arrived, and didn't see her again until she brought our ticket. We asked another server for chips and refills and she brought it to us. On our ticket, the 18% gratuity had already been included. Even though there was a spot for more, we didn't leave extra like we usually do (20-22%). As a former waiter, I can see a real problem with this younger generation becoming complacent with the included gratuity and not trying to give a customer a pleasant experience to which they would want to return. So, Molly's, I love y'all but please get a handle on these kids waiting on us. Please make sure they treat us like the gratuity wasn't included and they might get more than 18%. There's a reason it's called the "service" industry. Restaurant was clean and the food was excellent, as always. We'll be back.
