Went to this location for the first time last night. Had a server named Tyler and he was amazing. From the minute we sat down we saw his smiling face. He was very attentiv, knowledgeable about the menu and even made a suggestion for the margaritas (that we did purchase :) ) food came quick. Tyler never left our side it felt like, no wait on refills, and he continued to make us laugh and smile. Probably the best server and experience at any restaurant we have ever had. He was also very passionate about St. Jude and we donated. Jonesboro Chilis you have a golden star on your hands and you better hold on tight. We will definitely be coming back and hope to have him again. read more

The restaurant isn't anywhere close to being half full of people at tables but we were told that we would have to wait "about" 35 minutes. The two employees (one blonde, the other with black hair) did a lot of playing around with their phones. The blonde lady kept messing around with her vape pen, and the black haired lady kept her back to the guests; ignoring the guests that were waiting. We stayed waiting, but then finally got fed up. I wasn't going to complain about the service, or NO SERVICE until the lady with the black hair spoke to me very rudely and uncalled for... after all, I was trying to be polite and let the women know that they could remove our name from the waiting list because if we were to be waiting any longer my daughter was going to be late to work! But the woman took both of hair hands, flipped her hair from the front of her shoulders, and said "excuse me".... I wasn't even about to respond to that kind of behavior so I turned from her and explained kindly once more that we had to leave, and gave my last name so that she could remove us from the waiting list. We always look forward to visiting Chillis. It's one of our go to restaurants when we visit Jonesboro but seeing how many empty tables there were, and seeing how disrespectful the ladies at the front door were, I don't think that this restaurant will be one we visit in the future. The service seems to have gone downhill dramatically since our last visit to the Jonesboro Chillis. Super disappointing! read more

Ok, so... it's Chili's. We all know what to expect. Caesar, our server, was absolutely amazing and the star of the show during our visit. The food and operations of this place, not so much. I visited on a lunch date when I stopped through Jonesboro. We ordered queso and 2 of the slider apps. The queso was good. Unfortunately, the sliders were overcooked and complete rubber and we basically, at 2 out the 4 as that's about all we could handle. The fries that came with the sliders were good, or maybe I was just starving. Who knows. But, what really gets my goat is that you have to wait for centuries to get a table when there are open tables EVERYWHERE! Why is there a 15-20 minute wait? Why are there 6 parties waiting ahead of us? Can we seat ourselves at the high tops in the bar area? No. Can we seat ourselves at one of the 3 open booths in the bar area? NO. Can you seat somebody, anywhere? Obviously, NOT! If it weren't for my lunch date requesting this place, I'd have high-tailed it outta' there immediately. We were doomed from the start! If I could give it less than a star I would. We went in today for lunch. We tried to sit in a corner table that had a huge whole in the seat and part of the wood on the window that flies and bugs were coming out of. It was horrible! We asked to move tables and let me add there was 9 dirty tables. 9! They wouldn't let us sit in one of the 10 open big party tables and instead made us move into the bar area, where again flies were everywhere!! The place was disgusting. If we hadn't been thirsty and hungry from moving all day we would have left immediately. I would never recommend this chili's to anyone- and chili's is our favorite restaurant but not this one ever again which is sad because we just moved here. read more

so everything was fine at first until it was time to take our order. some people weren't ready so the waiter was supposed to come back to take the rest of the order. she didn't show up until everyones else food was out. we didn't get offered refills until it was time to go. we asked for dipping sauce and fries and did get them until we got up to leave. and it wasn't busy or anything. im a server myself so i get that hav a big party can be overwhelming but when customers see you only 3 times out of 3 hours of sitting in your section is ridiculous. read more

We arrived to a 20-30 minute wait and the hostess didn't get the name taken down by my girlfriend. However after bringing it to her attention, a manager was quick to rectify the issue. We were seated fairly quickly and attended to by the staff with great care. Our food was brought quickly and was delivered as ordered. Our skillet queso appetizer made it after our food, but our waitress ensured we were not charged at her request. The restaurant was busy and full, yet he staff kept their cool and maintained a friendly service to us and other patrons. They did a great job tonight! The restrooms were clean, despite the busy crowd. The floors were a little dirty, but no so much that it made me feel it was nasty. read more

If I could give it negative stars I would. My girlfriend and I got FOOD POISONING from eating there last night. We both ordered the steak. Today she was throwing up, we both have to use the bathroom like every thirty minutes, we both have abdominal pains, are incredibly gassy, and have the chills with nausea. They have a lot of new items like the skillet mashed potatoes which were amazing! I tried a Blackberry Smash Margarita which was amazing (I wanted to order a second!) Today it was just less than spectacular. My son's nachos were cold and had jalapeños on them and a few black beans. My husbands shrimp was a little chewy. My enchiladas were not hot at all and the rice was just so less than. They completely forgot to cook my youngest child's food which delayed my other four children eating period because we all eat together. Went tonight for ribs and was terribly disappointed. Up until tonight we have loved the ribs here but tonight they were awful. They were tough, and I think they were old. In the past they pretty much fell off the bone. Won't be going to Chili's in the close future. Ruby Tuesday has awesome ribs. Will go there next time. read more

On orders to-go, they're really sloppy. Service at the restaurant is always hit and miss, but to-go orders always fall short. They forget the sauce or dressing, portion sizes are often less than advertised, but the other night took the booby prize. My Southwest salad arrived home without chicken, avocado or dressing. Basically it cost $12.00 for lettuce. I know better and always check before I drive away to make sure they haven't forgotten something important, but in this case the restaurant was too crowded to check inside, and it was pouring rain outside. The customer shouldn't have to check to make sure the order comes as it should. For mediocre food and high prices, I can find another place to go, though choices here in Jonesboro, AR are limited. read more

Went to Chili"s (one of our favorite restaurants) last night for dinner. This is the first time going to this particular one because we just moved here from Oklahoma. We will not be going back! The service was a little slow. After getting the food and our "drinks" I don't think it was entirely the waitresses fault. My finance's meal ok. Not what would be expected, from a Chain such as Chili's! Her drink was (I believe ) watered down so badly and had so much ice in it that it tasted like pure water. My meal (I ordered Ribs) was almost cold. I ordered Iced tea, that tasted like water. I could not taste any tea! My fiance order a second drink. the second drink came with in a glass that was completely full of ice and the alcohol tasted watered down, (even after we had the waitress take it back and remove the ice) as was originally ordered. Worst service I have ever had. It was not the waitresses fault but she was given our large party on NYE. We waited over an hour to be seated when we were quoted 30 mins. Then it took 30 mins to get water. Never got napkins. Food was wrong when it finally came out. Had to ask for the manager TWICE!! When she finally came out she didn't nothing. No compensation for the worst service. To top it all half the restaurant was empty, most likely from the poor service. read more

The food was very good and the service from our waitress Pam was also very good. The reason for my 2 stars was the appearance of the establishment. The booth we were seated in had an old tear and was well worn. While seated we noticed that all of the windows had hand prints all over them, the floor around the bar had dust bunnies all around it, not just fresh dirt which was also there. The salt in the shaker was so old it had moisture in it which had bunched up the salt and wouldn't allow the shaker to work. For clarification, we were there at 430pm before the evening rush and the prints were on all of the windows around us, obviously not new ones. Just not a good look for a restaurant. read more

The food is usual for chilies here but what I don't appreciate is the process of getting a table. Apparently this is a dry county but this place has managed to find a way to have alcohol. They are technically a private club and have found a loophole. This is a new arrangement and they still have no actual bar. What I don't like is when you first get to the place the hostess shoves a clipboard in your face with a sheet of paper you have to fill out...just to get a table. You have to join their club in order to be served. No joke. Then you get a card you must keep in order to get back in the restaurant next time. I threw mine in the water when I left. The hostess offered no explanation of what was going on. We just went with it and figured this out later. It was just irritating and rude the way we were treated. read more
