It's my birthday :'( I felt like a jerk making some special request. My brownie came out without a candle. I overheard a woman at another table also celebrating a birthday and she got a candle with her birthday dessert. I hate to sound like an ungrateful pick me brat, but I wish this would have been communicated to our waitress. Having to ask about the brownie made me feel awkward.
