George was my professor of anatomy and dance prior to my utilizing his services for a cervical spine injury, scoliosis and herniated disks in my lumbar spine. Dr. Russell is one of those rare finds in today's fast-paced, money driven healthcare system -- an actual healer, in the most literal definition of the word. George Russell is soooo worth it. When I go to him, I might have pain. But his goal isn't just to help alleviate the pain. His goal is to educate me on my own body. His calm, genuine, and personal approach is so helpful to create an atmosphere that is so body-healing. I came to Dr Russell in a bad state. I was told by a neurosurgeon that I would need back surgery- at 27- and I was worried. I had 3rd degree anterolisthesis and stenosis in my lumbar spine. Longstanding hip and knee issues were aggravating me as well. Luckily Dr Russell was able to work with my condition in a balanced approach of hands-on manipulation while educating me about my body's unique characteristics.
