When I called the nursing staff for assistance to use the restroom or medication they came immediately! I felt as if I had my own nurse! I continuously has warm blankets and water provided. Physical therapy staff was very curteous and professional and showed concern for my limitations, pain and the needs of the environment I would be going into. I am very impressed with this facility!

I realize they have a lot of patients and I can't be the apple of their eyes but they do a great job of making you feel like they care and are concerned about how you are doing and what you need. Good conversation is a bonus. I've been to several PT places and some just tell you what to do then go flirt with the other physical therapists or something equally goofy. When I had another problem arise, I immediately wanted to go back to them, but couldn't find their number! This location has little to no online presence. I knew they existed, but couldn't figure out who to call. In a spot of good fortune, I called a number listed for lab work or something similar at the same address and ended up in the right place. Hurray! I like that they tell me what's what about what's wrong with me. Doctors say, "here's the problem!" But I think what really makes it understandable is physical therapist to saying, "that's the problem, but here's where things went wrong." They're good at explaining where things went wrong. I hope I don't have more injuries and things wrong with me, but if I do, I'll keep going back.
