I'm going to be superbly pissed if they try to act like this is anyone fault but their own. I t0o am receiving late fees. Their website is down, their phone number goes to someone that doesn't sound like they represent the storage business. This is not the way to run a past or present business.

We will, however, be moving all of our items to a different storage facility as Razorbox has chosen to "incrementally increase" their fees by 80% !!! That is not an incremental increase. That is extortion! Their expectation is that no one will want to go through the hassle of moving all their items from one storage facility to another and will just pay the exorbitant increase.
