I was told by the police after reporting the incident that this break-in ongoing problem has been occurring constantly for some time Now, I am deeply disappointed that this storage facility Did Not contact me to have a Choice to remove my valuables when ownership Knew that this was going on!! This a very problematic way of doing business especially as I have learned it was done from the Inside (as my locks on my unit were still in tact) I have learned that there is a huge open gaps above the walls on both sides of the insides of the unit, also doors are not locked, just to name a few problems this storage facility has not addressed.
