This storage unit facility has been great for the past year and a half that I have used it. After signing the paperwork there's no fuss and you just move in. It's secure, yet easy to get into for those who have storage units. I never experienced problems with mice or bugs. read more

My paper work was not right from the pick up spot so when i went to a-aaa storage to drop off she didn't know what to do and wanted to just charge me. At this point I took over and called you haul. They were nice and helpful got it all fixed. The people at a-aaa storage are unprofessional and it looked like they where running a day care, her husband got involved also and didn't even work there never go here you will regret it and so will your wallet read more

I'm going to be superbly pissed if they try to act like this is anyone fault but their own. I t0o am receiving late fees. Their website is down, their phone number goes to someone that doesn't sound like they represent the storage business. This is not the way to run a past or present business.

Blue Sky has raised our rent 4 times since they took over. From Sabra District Manager: "I do want to make you aware that it is standard for all tenants to receive rate increases every 6-9 months." CJ & Lloyd are the managers at American Storage. They are two of the most beautiful souls we've meet since moving here to Siloam. Every storage facility in town was completely full before & when we got here, so we put our names on the list at every storage facility in town. American storage was the only business that called us back. We needed multiple storage units and Lloyd & CJ were diligent working with us so that we could bring all of our things to Siloam. American Storage has a variety of unit sizes. They also have units that are climate controlled. RV, Boat & Trailer storage is also available. PRICING; prices for units are average for this area. SECURITY; American Storage is completely gated with cameras throughout the facility. 24/7 On site, live in management that also patrols facility. I was looking to purchase a container, and possibly needed 2 or 3. I spoke to Becky and Lori, told…read morethem exactly what I was looking for, and price range. I showed them other quotes I got and they gave me a very comparable price. They offered the different ways to pay, told me up front the CC percentage the processing company charges which they simply pass along, or if I wanted to avoid that, the other methods I could pay. The entire process was hassle free and very, very easy to work with. They were even able to have the containers loaded onto a truck while I was finishing paperwork, when I was leaving, the delivery driver was about to pull out and deliver them. The driver that delivered them, I believe was Jorge or Jesus (I forgot now) was absolutely the best. Very easy to work with, had no issues putting the boxes exactly where I wanted them using 45-50ft trailer. Placed with precision and didn't come close to rubbing the tires on any curbs. If you're looking for a container, go see these people, hands down the best.
