    Chinese chicken salad

Such a beautiful drive to this amazing property! As you walk in you see all the bakery items for sale. They have coffees to order and boxed salads and wraps. I was warmly greeted and ordered the Chinese Chicken Salad and a ginger beer. My son had the bbq wrap that had a small side salad. He also ordered a latte and we split an everything bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was so delicious, with a hint of jalapeño. My salad had shredded chicken, oranges, snow peas, cashews, and Napa cabbage. It came with a nice dressing. The property is gorgeous and there's two ponies near the waterfall as you enter. Plenty of outdoor seating and even a pizza oven. Looking forward to our next visit!

Feel's resort ish. This place is tucked away in the Santa Monica mountains in Malibu. When I went it was mostly families and there was an event. Worth checking out if you're looking to take someone out on a date to get away from the business of LA.

What a pleasant surprise! I came to Calimigos Ranch to get a coffee from the Saloon to find it's now Gentry market. I was helped by Trinity who was so helpful. I ordered a caramel latte, you can tell they use quality coffee, and a pistachio pastry that had pistachio filling YUM! Sipping my latte and eating my pastry in this cute shop with the fireplace was so Serene. If you want to just have a lovely latte in a lovely place check them out.

Food was great; we had a Daviola pizza, garlic cream cheese bagel, and an El Pepino drink. Service was pleasant and accommodating. The vibe is very relaxed and tranquil.

Beautiful atmosphere, good food and drinks, family friendly/kid friendly, cute mini horses, nice staff

Overpriced mediocre pizza and they charged over $11 for a can of soda. Don't plan on eating there.

We tried one of their top sellers, the Firecracker Chicken, plus a turkey sandwich (can't remember the exact name). The turkey sandwich was okay but a little dry, I wasn't sure if it had mayo/garlic or some kind of sauce because it felt like it needed a little more moisture. The Firecracker Chicken, though, was truly fire flavorful and really good. That first experience made me excited to come back and dine in. The second time, we went on a Saturday afternoon. There were a few people there, but we ended up waiting about five minutes before anyone came to the register since everyone seemed to be in the back. I believe this is a Mom/Pop/Family owned business but it was a little awkward just waiting around trying to get someone's attention. We ordered the Firecracker Chicken again, and my friend got another chicken sandwich I don't remember the name it was some chicken thigh sandwich. Oh we also ordered a side of onion rings $8.00 though for onion rings. Honestly, complete rip off and it was a small portion and they weren't even that good. The owner was very nice and even gave me a complimentary iced tea that he said is one of their popular drinks great gesture, although personally I wasn't a big fan of the tea. Food-wise, this time just didn't hit the same. The Firecracker Chicken tasted very different from the first time I had it, and unfortunately neither of us really loved our sandwiches. Oddly enough, I took my sandwich home and ate it a couple hours later, and it tasted way better than when it was fresh maybe the flavors settled in or maybe their panini-style sandwiches just work better slightly cooled. Overall, the service and friendliness were great, and I can see why people enjoy this place. For me, the consistency just wasn't there between visits. I'd say it's more of a 3.5-star experience, but rounding up to 4 because there's definitely potential and some really strong flavors when they're on point and service. But all in all it was good, wouldn't be my top choice when in the area.

We got a large bench table all to ourselves. Parking: Free in the shopping center lot, didn't have a problem finding a spot even though it was busy. Dogs: Allowed on the patio but they don't have a dog-specific menu. There were several other pups there during our visit, all well behaved. They brought her water out with mine, I didn't even have to ask. Service: Great, very friendly, from the host to our server, all were great. Food: I ordered the chips and dip trio. The chips were good, the salsas were okay, but the queso was kind of strange in my opinion. It's cold, which I knew, but between that and just the way everything is chopped in it - not my thing. I also got the fried chicken sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries. The sandwich was really good - chicken was juicy and hot - but the fries left a little to be desired. They needed to be hotter and a little crispier - it gave the impression they may have been sitting out for a bit. My pup had grilled chicken - it was a good sized portion and she had 0 complaints, per usual. Drinks: I ordered the Happy Days blonde ale - highly recommend! Very refreshing, especially for those hot days. We would definitely come back whenever we have beach days.

Stupid good. Bread's legit, meat's piled up like they're trying to protect you from starvation trauma, and everything tastes fresh like somebody's nonna is in the back judging your life choices. One bite and you're like... yeah ok, I get why people act feral about this place. But the line? Chaos. Not "organized deli line," more like "everyone just kinda vibes near the counter and hopes they get noticed." You'll see one dude who's been standing there 8 minutes pretending he's fine but he's clearly spiraling. And there's always someone ordering like it's their last meal: "Can I do the #7 but no onions, extra peppers, sauce on the side, cut it like triangles, and tell it I'm proud of it?" Relax, it's a sandwich, not a therapy session. Prices aren't cheap, but neither is happiness, so whatever. Overall: 4.5/5. The sandwich portions are hefty and they are well loaded. We felt like we got our money's worth in freshness and quantity. The veggie sandwich was a bit bland and needed a better balance of ingredients. But the chicken parmigiana sandwiches were packed with flavor, as was the Italian cold cut sandwich. My recommendation for this place would be to improve on the quality of the bread they use as it lacks flavor or richness. Put those ingredients on real sourdough bread or focaccia and it would be a very memorable sandwich. To the owner: we visited your lovely home town, as mentioned in your business profile, while we were in Rome a few years ago and had the most unforgettable pizzette rosse while there. Beautiful lake scenery and weather. Interesting coincidence : )

It wasn't to my liking and was very hard for me to finish it. It had a large scoop of mustard pickle slaw that made the whole salad soggy. It also has vinaigrette and pickled red onions that made it a bit too sour for my tastes. The bbq dressing tried to cut through the sourness, but didn't do too much. I liked the Mendo crispies which gave it a nice crunch. I guess the dressing and slaw is what killed this salad for me. My wife ordered the Baja Green goddess which was delicious!
