Beth as lady barber brought sensitivity to my need and desire to joy through my heath challenge journey. She described all steps: clipping, electric razor shaving, then hot towels, shaving cream, straight blade razor shaving, followed by moisturizer and more moist towels, hot and a final cool one. Other great tips were given too for "rocking my look." A close friend, already bald, accompanied me and took pictures. I was determined to joy on! The Management had other surprises in store for me.
