They were quick to arrive which was appreciated. The first guy "wasn't sure" about our electrical panel and had to call in a second guy who knew this type better. He took quite some time to arrive. I was told by them that they called Georgia Power because there was an issue with the box on our property. We later learned that not only was it a problem with is, but a problem affecting a good bit of Alpharetta. So I got a bill for $647.10 for someone to look at an electrical panel and call for back up and then for them to call Georgia Power. I'm not believing this.
