Is very conveniently located close to the interstate and also close to the center of the heart of the Vanburen business district on 59 highway, a.k.a. Fayetteville Road. have ordered supreme pizza slices two different times along with the drink. both times there is very little toppings...one piece of bell pepper, 3 pieces of pepperoni and a small, very small amt of sausage. on another delivery order I never recvd my pizza but only the drink. after the drink was delivered I went back and checked my order & recvd a message they were out of pizza....after the fact. that was a very expensive order to only recv a drink & no food. the teenagers working there need to do better. read more

I readily admit I am a pizza snob. I have extremely high standards when it comes to pizza which obviously plays a huge part in my pizza reviews. I'll start with the service: The staff in the Van Buren location is always friendly and attentive. No service issues at all. Five stars for service. On to the pizza - We went for dinner so the pizza buffet was not available. Instead, we ordered a large pepperoni pizza. It came with 6 pretty sizable slices which the two of us polished off no problem. The pizza came right from the oven so it was as hot and as fresh as you could get it. It was good but not great. It had an nice thin layer of sauce and a decent layer of cheese. Maybe a little skimpy on the pepperoni but there was enough to make sure each slice had some. For Arkansas, I'd say this pizza is good. It seems like most of the pizza places in this area use the same dough and the same ingredients so all the pizzas taste the same. That being said, if you're in the mood for pizza, Geno's is not a bad option. read more

Super Disappointed! Traveled to the area for my child's ballgame and stopped in for dinner. Staff was rushed and rude. The prepared pizza for serving appeared old and dry. The majority of the dining room area and the hallway to the bathrooms were all barricaded off. (Mind you I arrived 90 minutes prior to posted closing time.) I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and a slice of pizza. I had to wait for 15 min for them to bring out my sandwich. The pizza was cold and my "ham" sandwich had 4 small cut up pieces (about 1 " each in size) of ham and lots of cheese, lettuce and mayo on it and the bread was burned. In my effort to diversify my lunch I came here. How much can go wrong with pizza? The young lady at the front was very nice. Everything was up on the buffet. Sad, undersauced & undercooked pizza's were sitting under a tepid heat lamp. The person in the drive thru ordered a root beer...he pulled an almost empty 2ltr bottle of "always save" from under the cabinet then went to the back and got a fresh bottle. The buffet is over at 2 and instead of making fresh pizza they pulled the sad ones from drive thru and put them on the buffet 2 slices at a time. There were 4 people and 2 slices of pepperoni...I started to shout "MAY THE ODDS BE EVER IN YOUR FAVOR" as I lunged for the spatula to get a slice. While the sausage laid there pale, sauceless begging to be put out of its misery. Yeah I won't be back. read more

Prime example of a business that doesn't care if you eat there or not. I just picked up the oldest, dehydrated, rubbery brownish pepperoni pizza I've ever seen. I have learned over the years that they're hit or miss but lately if I request a fresh pizza it's delish. This time we literally got a pizza that must have sat there all afternoon, without remorse. I wish saying I'd never eat there again would change something BUT it is very apparent their ownership doesn't care about this. Judging by the unkept landscaping and faded awning that's hasn't seen maintenance in years, this is merely a tax write off for someone who's already made their living. Served cold pizza. Salad had brown spots. Pudding probably sat all day & had a coating formed on it. Something I put on the salad was too salty to eat (ranch dressing I think). Had several signs outside saying 'buffet today' but went in & no buffet today. Will not be back. Other Genos are not this bad. Sorry. They have a managers special - 1 slice salad drink - over $6 & also a genos special which has 2 slices salad drink - over $8. I LOVE Genos... But this one is one of the worst I've ever been to. There were only two people working and they were obviously either struggling to keep up or just didn't care. I went on a Sunday to get a to-go salad (which is WAY smaller than the one in Greenwood, and not worth the price for the size) and the buffet was just sad. The spaghetti had obviously been out all morning and not stirred or covered (the noodles were hard and gross looking) and the sauce was burnt and obviously left out all morning and not stirred too. There was NO salad on the salad bar and when I asked if they would refill it for me, it took the cook much too long to find the bag and do it (I'm a VERY patient person, and I understand when working in fast food how things can get busy fast - I've worked at a Genos before. But this was just insane). While waiting for the salad I had plenty of time to look around and see pizzas sitting in the oven waiting to be taken out that were burning, used pizza pans and dishes sitting on the front counter, and food all over the lobby floor. I don't think I'll ever be visiting this location again. read more
