I always enjoy a good pizza from Pizza Hut! One of my very favorites is the New York style pepperoni pizza. I enjoy picking that up on the way home sometime and it's always a great hit at our house. The service here is quick and friendly, and they keep the establishment very clean. read more

Live 5 mins away and they took over an hour to deliver and our order wasn't even correct

workers are always noticeable tweaking. giving peoples orders away without any type of verification and often forgetting items in orders. and don't expect your food to be ready when they say bc it's always an extra 15-20 minutes. read more

Slowest fast food ever. 45 minutes to get chicken Alfredo and bread sticks. Ask for sugar for my tea and no sugar packages available. Brought out in a marinara cup. Asked for a fork and ended up getting one off the salad bar myself. Young lady is very helpful but quiet clueless. Will not return. read more

I went to the van buren and wood pizza hut. I ordered 3 stuffed crust pizza it was the most disgusting pizza I've ever had. I wanted easy sauce and they put this nasty white sauce on it. The crust was so thin and hard no one in my family could eat it. I think they also forgot to stuff the crust cause couldn't find any cheese in most of it. I can't believed I paid $42.00 and got such horrible pizza. I'll never to there again, that was lunch for my family and we ended up eating peanut butter and jelly instead read more

What is wrong with all these people writing these horrible yelp reviews? This Pizza Hut is awesome. It was one of my best experiences at a Pizza Hut. David took my order and the delivery was here very promptly. I found David to be very nice, professional, attentive, and hardworking. My pizza was exactly as I wanted and was piping hot and fresh. It was the best pizza I have ever had. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut and hope you give it a chance. read more

Terrible just terrible hardly any topings dry bread sticks but friendly staff coke products are watered down and flat

I had been craving wings all day and finally caved in and ordered Pizza Hut the 24 count, medium buffalo and this is how I got them. They had hardly any sauce on them and no there wasn't a ton of sauce just lying around in the bottom either. It honestly looked like someone had cooked some chicken strips and poured a little bit of sauce on them, then sent them on their way. Was not worth spending $30 on and will never happen again. read more

I will never go back! I just brought my 3 kids tonight and they even complained! The tables were sticky and we couldnt find a clean table while they were almost completely dead. Service was horrible! I had to go to the front and ask for waitress, the woman in the front yelled into the back for her to come out. The workers were arguing with each other in the kitchen area about a delivery. I should have walked out after looking at the people making the pizza. The pizza was very greasy, very few toppings, worst Pizza Hut Pizza ever read more

Order at a different location or another chain. Never on time, pizza is always warm at best. Can't be bothered to try or provide even half way decent service. Very disappointed. read more

Ordered online, that process was simple, still had to wait for my pizza, though the dining room was empty. There was a very foul smell I noticed when I first walk in. It was indescribable. The smell penetrated the carry home box and I noticed it when I was driving home. It made me nauseous, and I didn't trust the pizza enough to eat it so it when into the trash, the out door trash can. I filed a complaint with Pizza Hut online and they had the manager of that restaurant call me. She denied that her restaurant stunk and acted offended. I hung up the phone as it was obvious that it was a waste of time. While there I noticed, since the kitchen has an open view, that it was a complete mess. There was food everywhere even on the floor. The employees uniforms were dirty and wrinkled. They do not acknowledge you until they hand you the pizza and even then it was just by calling my last name, that was all they said. I only wish I had gone in person to order and seen all this before paying. Pizza Hut definitely isn't what it used to be. I will never eat at Pizza Hut again. read more

Worst staff I have ever come across! Sticky tables and dirty floors. Management there are the most irresponsible idiots! Plus have you really looked at the staff in here? Just nasty looking garbage. Will never eat there again! read more

Very slow delivery service. It has taken over an hour to even get my order picked up to deliver, my food was lukewarm and not very good. Definitely not ordering from here again. read more

Very unprofessional. I put my order in at 12:30 to be picked up at 1:15. Got to the store at 1:10. And was told they just where still working on my order. I didn't get my pizzas until 1:38. I asked to speak to the manager and she avoided the issue. I told her this is making me late to my 9 year olds birthday party and she said I better get going. No apology or care given. Very dissatisfied!!! read more

Horrible service and we never get the pizza we order. I order the same thing 2 of the specialty pizza's with extra cheese and sauce. Either they have the wrong topping altogether or there is extra cheese but no sauce at all or they charge for both and I get the normal small amount. One time my wife and I ordered a pepperoni, black olives, and mushrooms. We waited and it took them 3 times to get it right. So we will drive to Fort Smith. read more

After approximately a year, I tried ordering from this Pizza Hut location again. I was hoping that whatever issues they had, had been worked out. I was wrong. This time, they delivered my order MINUS a large pizza I ordered and with the wrong 2 liter. I have now wasted about 30 minutes on the phone and an hour of waiting attempting to get the pizza they forgot to bring. The manager was USELESS when I called to let her know. She said the best she could offer me was a $10 credit on my next order. I told her I have no plans on ordering from them again and she offered no further incentive for me to do so...she was simply going to send them out with the pizza I ordered but did not get. After waiting on said promised pizza for over an hour, I had to call back. I just got off the phone with corporate and they told me they would have the delivery driver bring back my money with the pizza....I'm still waiting.... read more
