Her name was mentioned several times all with great things to say so I scheduled the same day to find all the reviews were true. Highly recommend you book with her if visiting this location! Nina was friendly, informative, so kind, funny and overall professional. She took great care to ensure I was happy with my service. Really important to share that the waxers at EWC locations have a limited window of time to help you so it's important you show up on time so they have all that time to help you instead of doing a fast job to stay in that window. Rooms are very bright and they ask you to undress while the waxer is in the room. Not sure if this is for me as my esthetician's space has a light dimmer and she also provides privacy and a cover for you to use so you're not completely naked on your bottom half. She then uses those glasses with lights to do her job. Plays soothing music. Whole 9 yards. She also charges significantly less than this place. She charges me $45. EWC charges $70! She can't be beat especially when she books out an hour for your Brazilian vs the 15 minutes waxers get here.
