Unfortunately at night, another identity emerges, which is generally understocked, sometimes understaffed, and it makes visiting customer wonder why they didn't just wait till the morning to go there. Memo to the powers that be-this Kwik Trip has a steady stream of customer traffic at all hours. These are paying customers that deserve the same respect at night as those who patronize the place during the day. Stock your prepared hot food area, even if you end up throwing food away. It's part of the original business's branding. Have corporate send daily AND nightly truck deliveries, so that you don't look like a Third World grocery store run by a dictatorship, or maybe even a thinly veiled tax write-off. People deserve better when the sun goes down. I am sure your night employees will have less to complain about as well. My advice is if you have to go here after hours just get your gas and leave.

Seems nice at first but when I saw this certainly a little disabled heavy set woman complain that there was no syrup in the soda and she said if someone could come help her. The lady "manager" said she'd call someone, the disabled woman said she's been standing in line (and yes this cashier manager lady was super slow. Talking a lot and telling people things about kwik trip policy that nobody cares about. What we wanna do is pay and go. So she begins to explain the policy as to why she can't leave the register and get her ice cream the disabled lady is told she has to wait for the line to die down or another employee to come. Which took another whole 5 minutes. People are yelling at the poor woman cause she won't hurry up (the disabled lady) and even call her a B word all simply because of the lack of professionalism and customer services this employee gave. I was late to my class and wasn't able to take my exam and now have to make up for all that because of a silly attendant in Kwik Trip. I guess is happens but 3X by the same person. I took it to my old mechanic, and they said it needed a whole new engine. I went to Jim, because he is close to my office, and they diagnosed instead of a bad head gasket, an intake manifold gasket. I wouldn't have known the difference, but they told me the truth, saving me thousands of dollars. Since then, they have been my guys. They have always squeezed in my last minute emergencies. Because Jim knows I am often on a tight budget, he always tells me what I must do right away, and what I can put off and the cost and extent of what does or does not need to be done. I have even called Jim for advice when my car broke down up north and needed an engine repair up there. He didn't get a dime out of it, but he talked me down, when I was frantic, and gave me great information, that allowed me to determine that the remote mechanic I was forced to use, was honest and had given me a fair estimate. He helped me deal with my insurance company for an unexpected mechanical problem claim that came up after my body claim was completely settled, for a deer hit I had last year. When they fix my car, if it's not raining, they even run it through the car wash! Everyone is sweet, kind, NOT SEXIST OR CONDESCENDING at all. They are truly concerned about my happiness and safety! I have recommened Jim's to many friends and family members, who have all been happy, as have my co-workers! I have owned cars since 1976, and Jim's is the best mechanic I have ever had! I also had them do radiator cleaning, checking fluid levels, anti-freeze, etc. The LED bulb changes to see at night are spectacular. At 7 pm 6-3-23, I was a passenger in a Subaru Impreza and my 74 year old female companion pulled…read moreinto the BP gas station located at 318 Park St., Madison, WI. I started filling the tank and noticed a large hole in the hose after it spayed my right leg and soaked my Italian loafers with gas, ruing my shoes. I ran into the store and was verbally assaulted by the employee, first reprimanding me for failing to turn off the pump when I had stopped filling the car before I ran into the store, yet gas was still spraying 2 feet in front of the car. I told him I wasn't paying for the large amount of gas on the ground and he said"F*** You, Yes You Are". I said "no I'm not, I want a refund for the gas that sprayed out of the hole in your damaged hose", to which he responded, "You Can Go F***Yourself". We then both started yelling obscenities while I have gas on my leg and shoe. He told me repeatedly to "Go F*** Myself" and he walked off flipping me the middle finger with both hands. The driver of the car owns two businesses & witnessed everything and was appalled by his abuse and disrespectful words and actions. I took photos of the pump with the hole in the hose clearly visible, the huge gas PUDDLE of GAS extending 7 feet long by 4 feet wide on the ground, and a photo of the employee. We drove to my friends home and I called the fire department and they sent a crew out to clean up the gas spill. I intend on notifying the police department to obtain a police report, and the WI State Attorney General's Office as well as the 12 web sites I am registered with, and I will posting photos if I am not compensated for my gas loss due to BP's defective equipment and for the cost of my Italian loafers. I will not tolerate being abused by anyone nor ripped off on a gas purchase. Unlike the moronic poney tailed male employee, I have 3 college degrees, own a $2 million business, and hold professional licenses in 3 states. If I spoke to any client and ripped them off on a purchase, I would be brought before the State Boards and lose my licenses to practice.
