I previously went to the Brighton/Allston location before figuring out there was one in the Natick Mall, which is closer to home for me. Before my trip to Mexico last summer I needed a mani & pedi real bad. I am loyal to Geneva's and so glad they opened up this Natick location! They have a variety of different colors, I usually get the dipping powder (got gel once here, see picture). And it will last me 3-4 weeks. It's super strong and durable compared to gel so I think the price difference is well worth it. Plus they do a magnificent job applying it. They also do the paraffin wax dip after your manicure leaving your hands feeling so soft and moisturized. All the employees at Geneva's + the owner are super friendly. I've seen them countless times go out of their way to please their clients and always make sure the customer is comfortable and gets what they paid for and more. They never want you to leave feeling unhappy with your nails. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst manicure pedicure experience ever!! What a waste of 50 dollars. My friends and I went in for a manicure and pedicure and all four of us were disappointed with our service. Our nails were cut badly, shaped roughly and painted badly (followed by no cleanup). Our nails look like they've been done by a five year old. Even after I pointed out the mistakes in my nail polish to the girl, she couldn't see them. She said "oh that's just your nail." ‍ The manicure felt more like a polish change than an actual manicure. They don't even bother giving you a mini massage when applying cream. Seeing as they could barely get through cutting nails, I guess that is too much to ask for. If all of this wasn't bad enough, all throughout the manicure the girl kept pushing us to get the "fast drying" nail polish without ever once mentioning that this polish would add ten dollars to the check. I get trying to push your customers to get more expensive services but trying to push them without even letting them know about the additional charge is unacceptable. If you're looking to go in for a nice relaxing experience and walking out with half way decent looking nails this may not be the place for you! read more

I took a chance on this place and walked in to get a manicure. I was asked multiple times if I wanted to do their "gel" polish even though I made it very clear that I did not. I felt like the women who did my nails was frustrated and generally un-happy with having to do my manicure. She rushed through doing my nails and did an incredibly sloppy job with the polish. In the end I had requested to have them remove the polish and have another person do it, the other women who did my *second* polish was very pleasant and that is the only reason I am giving any stars. Terrible place. As you can see in the picture, they did a terrible job on the manicure. I felt so rushed and the person who did my mani-pedi was too busy talking bad things about other customers and workers. She even was on her cellphone talking to someone while doing my manicure! When my manicure was finished, she was too busy moving on to her next customer and did not even seat me to the drying station. I had to ask her what was going on then she asked other technician to move me to a drying station for her. At the drying station, I looked closely to my manicure and it was terrible. I dont know if she was the manager or the owner but a lady asked me if everything was okay so i showed her my manicure but they just over topped my manicure which was already thick enough. So now my manicure was five layers think and would not dry. TERRIBLE job and will never return. EDIT: when the technician was doing my manicure she asked what shape i wanted. i told her square-round and she laughed at me with a customer who was sitting next to me and said "you mean straight line with round edges?". During our Boston vacation I took the kids to Natick Mall and found this Nail Salon. Decided to get a shellac mani and regular pedi, and have a broken nail repaired. A gentleman working there helped me, I can't remember his name, but I believe he is the only male who works there. He was very good, and did a great job. He was quick and efficient, did a good job cleaning my cuticles, repairing my broken nail and applying polish. The salon itself is very new looking, clean and modern. They have a large assortment of colours and matching shellac and regular polish colours so your fingers and toes can match. I brought a stroller and my 2 little ones, and they had space for me to park it inside so I could keep an eye on the kids while they sat played with their iPad. A few days later I was folding up the stroller and accidentally broke one of my nails. Went back to have it repaired and was prepared to pay as it was my fault. However he told me it was on the house as I had only gotten my nails done less than a week ago. I spoke to a woman who must have been the owner and told her it was my fault so I didn't mind paying, but she said he insisted. So I left a tip and decided to write a review. read more

As a nail salon at the mall I was quite nervous to try this place. Usually they are not the cleanest and kinda sketchy. I booked an appointment for 7 but got out of work early and checked to see if they could take me early and they could. I got a pedicure and a dip manicure. The pedicure was great and they had tons of colors to choose from. The dip manicure was great too. The color selection was small but they had good colors. The technician put tips on a few of my nails because they were shorter than the rest due to them breaking. I got gold sparkles and they came out great and the technician was very quick. Upon walking in, the toxic fumes of the place engulfed us. The ladies doing our nails were nice, but they were in a very big rush. We went in for dip nails and they came out atrocious. They didn't trim our hangnails or the dead skin around our nails. They didn't clean up our cuticles or nail bed before starting the manicure. It was such a bizarre experience because of how fast paced and unorganized/untidy everything was. They painted our nails with absolutely no care whatsoever and did not ask what shape or length we would have liked them to be. A month of nail growth was completely cut off without being consulted. They also used the electric nail file on our cuticles to the point where a nail started to bleed after the appointment. We came in for a nice, slow paced manicure and left with nail conditions worse than when we started. Complete waste of $45 for a less than mediocre nail job. read more

I had an awful experience at this nail salon today. I went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure and got the worst gel manicure and service possible. The polish was streaky, there was no top coat, she didn't use lotion, and didn't cut/file my nails despite me asking twice. She rushed the entire appointment. I had to leave right after to go back to work, and couldn't stop looking at my terrible $45 manicure that would've looked better had I done it myself. I was so upset so my friend called for me and explained the situation and demanded they refund me since I paid over $70 total for the terrible manicure/mediocre pedicure. They have yet to refund me and even told me to go to their BOSTON location to get them fixed instead of giving me my money back since I didn't have time to fix them after work. Do not bother going here. I went here for a Manicure. Not very pleasant or friendly. Was told to choose a color without informing that it's Gel. Luckily I noticed and said I didn't want gel but just a basic manicure. Was told it lasts longer and all that but I didn't want gel. The first thing I noticed was that the technician's nails were not very clean. Second thing I noticed was how worn out the nail filer & buffer were. I have visited salons wherein they open brand new buffers & filers and sealed & sanitized tools to use on every customer. In fact because of COVID I thought they'll be extra careful but was very disappointed. My nails were filed & the cuticles were trimmed and then nail Polish was applied in a rushed manner. It was the fastest manicure of my life. Probably took less than 10 mins. The lady didn't bother cleaning the nail Polish that got on the sides on my skin until I asked her to. I think the location is their advantage. It definitely just felt like a nail Polish change worth couple of dollars. Definitely not worth $18 bucks. I will never go back. read more

Very disappointing pedicure I arrived on a weekday afternoon & was pleased with no wait & was promptly directed to a pedicure chair. The nail technician seemed very rushed & this was unsettling as there were other technicians sitting awaiting for customers to arrive. She was rapidly filing & rushing to complete pedicure. This was not the relaxing treatment I experience for my monthly pedicure in other nail shops. There was no treatment to soles & heels of my feet and a failure to administer foot & leg massage & there was no use of hot stones. Price was $ 33 versus $ 28 in competitive salons. I gave the technician $ 40 and received a pleasant thank you; however I felt very "ripped off" and will not return for future pedicures. read more

I'm not one to write reviews but I can't say enough how much I LOVE this salon. I am new to the dip powder and after hearing rave reviews I decided to try it out. I pay the same amount I used to pay for a gel manicure at a different salon and my nails last for usually a month with no chips or breakage. With my previous salon my gel manicure would chip after a week. I usually only have to get my nails done again from Geneva because of nail growth! The employees here are always polite, fit me in when the salon is busy, and do a great job on my nails. I was very loyal to my previous salon but Geneva is my new place! read more

However, 3 weeks ago I got my nails done (not what is done in the pictures attached) and a few days later I started to get an infection surrounding one of my fingers. It resulted in me having to take my beautiful dip manicure off and then the infection started getting worse. I was cut at this specific nail salon and they proceeded to continue with my dip manicure. I did not think much of it because it's normal to get some cuts or abrasions with the instruments that the salons use. However, I did not think that three weeks later I would have less than half of a nail, still an infected finger even though I have been on a strict treatment plan since I noticed the infection. It just makes me sad because I love getting my nails done, but now I'm scared to get another manicure. read more

I would NEVER recommend this nail salon, not even to my worst enemy. While the atmosphere is nice and quite clean this staff are incapable of even performing the most simple of tasks. I went in to get one nail fixed, this is where I went wrong. I asked for a coffin shaped nail (like all my other nails) using gel instead of acrylic... they proceed to slab acrylic onto my nail. There are pluses and minuses for me... PLUSES: you can walk in and darn near be seated immediately. The location works for me as I'm in Framingham in the evenings for appointments. MINUSES: Having been a client for almost a year now, it continues to amaze me how the ambiance is SO LACKING "energy" -- there's nothing engaging about the place and the technicians are strictly that ... technicians. I was there a few days ago and for the life of me, I could not carry on a conversation with my technician...she was completely disengaged. All the employees looked sullen, uninterested and nary a smile in the place. If I'm treating myself with a mani/pedi, I'd like to be somewhere that feels warm, welcoming and I'm treated with great customer service. Truthfully, what came to mind as I sat in my chair having my nails done? "This is like a factory -- you sit there, do your job, the next person comes ... like a manufacturing plant ... ". I've noticed, too, that their dipping colors have been minimized to maybe 25 vs. the multitude of colors to choose from only months ago. AND I'd highly recommend putting a huge TV above the nail color wall ... and have it closed caption...then at least there'd be something to do and something interesting to watch rather than sit in front of someone who wouldn't tell you the time of day. read more

This is a great place to enjoy a manicure or pedicure. All of the staff are friendly, they do not just treat as just the next person in line. They all know the art of manicures, not just an ordinary polish that you can do at home. They also truly mean that if there issues with your manicure let them know so it can be resolved.
