They didn't bring the die so there's no charge this visit, just the $150. The plan is to go back and get the die and charge another $150 for that visit. In my day we would have hung these people. Next they planned to charge $12,000 for a $6,000 airconditioner.

They are always prompt, and they always solve our problems. Most recently, our 27-year-old hot water heater failed. Within 24 hours of our call, they had arrived, had diagnosed our problem (and solved some additional minor problems) and had installed a new heater. Very fast. Very professional. And we're very grateful.

I paid for that service call. A call back said that I needed a part that was about $1,000 that was sure to fix to water heater. The same two came back and installed this expensive part. Less than two months later, the issues started again and I had no hot water again. I called and was told that they likely had to replace the entire unit on a 9 year old unit. They quoted $5,000 or more. I balked and had to postpone due to a serious illness that sent me to the hospital 4 times. They then said they would put a lien on my house if I didn't pay. After many calls, they finally decided to drop all charges and stop servicing me. I later checked and a tankless water heater should cost between $1,000-$2,000. Needless to say.... I got ripped off and filed a complaint with BBB who said they were not a member.

She was an excellent and responsive correspondent and arranged everything - including delivery - with competence. The delivery driver, Fabian, was also great; careful and respectful of both our merchandise and our property. Granted, we did do a lot of preliminary research ourselves and knew what stove we wanted and which parts we needed to order for the installation; however, we approach all major (and many minor) purchases in this way. No one knows what we want better than we do! This said, we recommend The Firebird without reservations of any kind. We are 100% satisfied.

We met a couple of times to go over the design and she also printed a large scale plan that we could ogle and pour over on our own time. Jess Clemens led the team for the hardscape and Beverly Perky led the team for the soft scape. Both were an absolute delight to work with. Everyone were good communicators and would answer my calls and texts in a timely manner. The team who actually built out the design were a dream team. In fact, I was so impressed with them I actually made a painting of them at work. They were always on time and cheerful. I could tell they enjoyed each other as well as their work. In addition, they knew how to prune trees and make them look good. What an art! After the job was completed we did a walk through and they fixed any details that we pointed out. The contracts were professionally written up and it was easy to pay online. I highly recommend this company!
