I called up Rich , and wanted to come in that day, and he just said he was going to be leaving early, as he had some business to attend to, and I couldn't get off work till the end of the day, so I told him about the next day , he said I will stay open until you can make it the next day which he did. He also asked me a question that other locksmiths have never asked. He said I should be able to cut you a key , it's whatever brand it was , but is there any chance you could bring the lock in? I said yes , because it was a padlock , not a door lock. But I've had other padlocks keyed, and the locksmiths or key person never asked me that. Great guy. Quality work, good prices. Fair & honest. And yes, after every key that he made, he put it in the lock , so I could see that it worked right then and there. There was no guessing and I left, knowing that the keys were perfect. Definitely recommend him as a person and his work which is top shelf.

I needed extra FOBS for my car. Technician showed up and programmed two FOBS. After programming,…read morethe technician said that he is not able to cut the entry key that is part of the FOB and then gave me an excuse that he provides the FOB, not the key. The entry key is part of the FOB and an important part of a working FOB. He told me that I now need to go to a dealer to have the keys cut which means extra time and money. I will never use this service again and would recommend others find a place that actually completes the work correctly.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. They cam to fix my front door. It worked for…read more2 days and then broke again. I called and emailed and they said they would fix....no one came. When I followed up, they didn't return my voicemails. Then when I emailed, someone replied they would handle and then a mjnute later, I got a recalled email notice (those don't work you know). Anyway, when I hired a new locksmith to fix my lock, he opened the lock to find they used the wrong part and tried to make it fit by using....wait for it....electric tape....in a metal lock. The new locksmith was aghast at the repair and couldn't believe they attempted it. Zero stars.
