After the opener was installed and he had left I realized that there was no light installed in the unit. I contacted him several times via phone and text there was no response. Once I called from another number he answered right away. He eventually came to add a light bulb to the unit but I noticed once he left again that he had stolen my lightbulb from another light fixture in the garage to put in the opener. You would think that for the price I paid him I could get a brand new lightbulb and not have to wonder how I'm gonna replace the lightbulb that he stole the from the other fixture because it's so high.

In addition to fixing the broken spring, I asked him to look over the rest of the door, brackets, sensors, etc, as we'd been having some other minor issues with opening inconsistently and just overall loudness of operation. Jim located a few things wrong and showed me how those things should be. And then he fixed them!
