All three have repeatedly failed, within weeks of being serviced! The Clopay doors that Wilmington installed for my parents' building are lovely. But, the LiftMaster openers keep failing. Even though the operators were under warranty, Wilmington charged my parents over $200 in repairs - which lasted all of three weeks. Despite subsequent failures of ALL THREE OPERATORS, Wilmington offers no solution and has never come back. Their service tech admitted that another of their customers keeps having the same problem. At this point, we are trying to find a different company to replace these ONE-YEAR-OLD operators, as Wilmington does not know how to fix the operators that they installed.

In addition to fixing the broken spring, I asked him to look over the rest of the door, brackets, sensors, etc, as we'd been having some other minor issues with opening inconsistently and just overall loudness of operation. Jim located a few things wrong and showed me how those things should be. And then he fixed them! Obvious issues in hindsight caused by the person who installed the door, who was most definitely not Jim. The door runs smoother and quieter than ever. I also like to direct my dollars locally when possible and the company is located right here in Morris. And on top of everything, his pricing was incredibly fair and far below what I would have been quoted by the big repair companies. All in all, A+++ experience with Jim.

US Overhead asked me what the issue was and asked me to send them pics and then came out the next day and was able to fix it in less than an hour. And the price was very reasonable. Saved me a ton of money trying to get some other company to do it. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to any of my friends and family.
