Called Frank after our garage door was opening on its own for two weeks. When I rang, Frank…read moreanswered and within an hour he was on his way to my house. Looked over the motor and wiring and saw what he thought was the problem, explained it to me and we talked for a few minutes. Then he rewired, rerouted it and even pointed out a beeping fire alarm that may need a battery replacement. He gave me an invoice for a pretty decent amount and said "keep it for a week, if the door doesn't open on its own, pay it. If it does, call me and we'll talk about replacing the motor." Wow. We even talked for another 20 minutes about unrelated stuff and he is just a NICE GUY. Runs his own business. His phone rang several times while we talked about non business stuff and he didn't even answer. Unheard of. I was so impressed with him, I hope we have more garage door problems just so he can come back again ;). Really appreciated the prompt, swift service, reasonable price and just all around amazing attitude and ability to point out things and just make some quick adjustments. Even helped me reset the code for our garage door which hasn't worked in years. WHOO HOO! I would give six stars if I could because this kind of person, this kind of service, is unparalleled. In an age where you get jacked over everything for little things, even a service call costs money just to visit your place and tell you nothing is wrong. Can't recommend him enough! Don't call anybody else, give this guy your business. He also knows lots of other people who do what he doesn't do around your house so call him up!
