Not only do the new windows look sleek and modern, but the entire process was top-notch from start to finish. What really stood out to us was their honesty. While other companies tried to sell us on full-frame replacements, SHS actually advised us to go with insert replacements. They pointed out that our house has high-density older wood framing that was worth preserving. Following their advice preserved the character and strength of our home while saving us a significant amount of money. Their communication was excellent throughout the project, and the installation crew was fantastic: punctual, respectful, and meticulous about keeping the worksite clean. On top of that, their guarantee is rock-solid. I feel completely confident that this was a lifelong investment and that they will stand by their work if anything ever comes up down the road. If you're looking for high-quality window replacement with an honest team you can trust, highly recommend Scientific Home Services.

They even came back to cover a warrantied crack in a window a year later at no cost to us. More recently, we worked with Justin to replace our front door and open up a transom window above it. They were able to provide exactly the style and color we were looking for and we're do happy with the results. Their price quotes are normally in the middle range, but I will hire them over others because they provide great products and will always follow up with any issues later on.

There were no gimmicks, no games, no pressure to purchase, and a full out the door price (no pun intended) with no additional fees that would come later. Other people I spoke with tried to put some pressure on me with timelines and costs, but I don't do business with places like that. Don and Sandy were great and easy to work with, timelines were exactly what they mentioned, and the day of install couldn't have gone more perfectly. Jereen came by and did an incredible job on the install, with beautiful trim finishing around the interior / exterior and sealing everything up beautifully. The work was also completed in about 5 hours which was very speedy and efficient. The pricing was right in our budget and extremely competitive with all other vendors we spoke with, but the level of customer service exceeded everyone else by far. We'll continue to do business with them for all of our door / window needs in the future, looking forward to working with them again! Best, Charlie

They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour.
