I side is clean and it is well stocked with cupcakes. The difference, today I had a cupcake that tasted old and dry. My first experience they were light, fluffy, fresh, and moist. Not sure what happened today but I'm going to trust it was just a fluke based on how good all my cupcakes were on Saturday! Everything was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. On the wedding day, the cake itself was moist, flavorful, and exactly what we had hoped for. There was a small issue during transportation that affected part of the cake. What impressed me most was how Ashley handled it. She immediately took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to make it right. She even offered to drive back to her bakery to bring us additional desserts and offered multiple solutions to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The desserts were incredible, and her customer service was even better. She truly cared about making sure we were happy, and that meant so much to us. I would absolutely recommend her.
