She was very responsive via text. I ended up ordering a 6" 2 layer pumpkin cake (in which pumpkin is a specialty flavor and hard to find out of season) with gold leaf for $40. I forgot to ask her what kind of frosting it would come with, but ended up with a frosting that was subtly sweet and tasted like a combination of cream cheese and buttercream. I side is clean and it is well stocked with cupcakes. The difference, today I had a cupcake that tasted old and dry. My first experience they were light, fluffy, fresh, and moist. She immediately took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to make it right.
