Melvin R Powerwashing did an outstanding job on my patio cushions. They were on time, professional,…read moreand clearly knew what they were doing. The team used the right technique (fan spray, not overly aggressive) along with a proper cleaning treatment, and the results speak for themselves-my cushions look significantly brighter and genuinely clean, not just surface-level. What stood out most was their attention to detail. They were thorough with rinsing and set everything up in a way that allowed for proper drying, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-executed. After neglecting to care for my patio for the winter season, I can happily enjoy the space again this summer. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

Finding a good power washing company can be a daunting task. Look no further. We found the…read moreultimate dirt, grime and mold buster!! Melvin R quickly responded to my inquiry and had an estimate to me almost immediately. Not only was their price reasonable and fair, but they were able to schedule the work in a few days. Unlike other companies I have dealt with, they even sent a text reminder the evening before they came out. Nice touch! They arrived at our home on time and got to work immediately. Without question, the attention to detail was off the charts. The house is as clean as it was the day it was built. Not only was I impressed, but my wife was also thrilled. She is a tough critic, but the house looked so good it almost brought her to tears. You really aren't going to find a more affordable, honest, thoughtful and professional power washing company. Stop your search here and give Melvin R a call today. If I could give six stars, I would.

Their customer service is top-notch! They did a fabulous job painting the front of our brick…read moretownhouse -- it looked great and gave totally new life to the home. The painters were friendly and didn't need any oversight, were friendly, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. We had two hiccups along the way, which both dealt with us adding on painting our front door which I offer as cautionary tales for anyone getting their front door painted: First, the powerwashing of the front door also broke our electronic lock. Patrick was quick to respond and removed the cost of the replacement lock from our invoice. (Very kind, thank you!!) Second, I don't think they told us the right kind of paint to buy because it has always looked too matte and stroke-y, and has lately started to bubble. In the future, I would do more research about what type of paint to buy rather than ask the guy who shows up -- I shouldn't have sprung it on them, even though they were more than happy to do it. Who knew that door paint selection could be such a process? Despite these two notes, I would definitely use Patrick's again in the future. It's hard to find a place that offers great customer service these days, and I am very grateful!

The work performed was not only well done, but in this contractors opinion, excellent. They paid attention to details and did not leave any messes in their wake. The landscaping was undamaged and even some packages left out by a delivery company were moved out of the way and carefully put back when they were done. My only regret, is that Jamie and Jake are not doing other home improvement work. I'm certain they will continue to do excellent work and exceed their customers expectations in any of their future endeavors. I will recommend them to family, friends and business associates. JP will do a great job for you if you give them a chance! Thank you Jamie and Jake. An appreciative customer.
