Tom just completed the complete window and lighting cleaning at our home in Mclean, VA. Everything looks bright and new. We are thrilled with the work and the price was very reasonable for the quality of service. read more

Tom came again today and did a great job at washing my windows and cleaning my gutters. I have used this company for years and recommend them. read more

Fantastic work, very easy to schedule, reasonable pricing - great value. Tom was easy to work with, he was able to give me an estimate over the phone (which he formed up on-site), he worked tirelessly and made the windows look beautiful. He also power washed our front steps and shed. We will definitely hire Tom again and highly recommend! read more

Tom and Rodney did an amazing job power washing my house, walkways, and gutters. They also treated the algae/moss growing on one side of my roof, and cleaned the inside/outside of all my windows and screens -- I could not be happier! They showed up on time and worked diligently for 6 hours, and everything looks brand new. Their pricing is more than fair, and I will definitely be calling them again and/or recommending them to anyone who is looking for similar services. Thanks Tom! read more

I have used Clear Choice for years to clean my windows and gutters. They are easy to work with and have always done a good job.

A big shout out for Clear Choice Window Cleaning!! Clear Choice nailed it all around. Tom responded promptly to my email request for information and a price. It was easy to schedule a service appointment. Isaac (truly a keeper) texted when he was on the way and did an amazing job on the windows. Not only are my windows and balcony doors sparkly, Isaac was able to get off some seriously baked-on geese poop. This will now be a regular service for me. read more

These guys did an excellent job cleaning all our windows on the inside and out. They also power washed the entire exterior. I was impressed by their professionalism and their attention to detail. I will definitely use Clear Choice Windows again. read more

We had a very bad experience with Clear Choice Window Cleaning that might help others avoid making the same mistake we did. We have an old house in Old Town Alexandria with wood windows with single glazed window panes. When they arrived, Tom said that he couldn't clean our dormer windows because they were too high. When I asked him about using a ladder, he said they don't use ladders because they're too dangerous. I should have just sent him home, but that's hindsight. Each window has 12 small panes, and Tom tried to clean them with a large brush on a pole. He banged around trying to get the large brush to fit into the small windows, but it didn't work. It's impossible to clean 2nd floor windows with a wide brush while standing on the ground. The windows were not close to being clean. In a way, he removed just enough dirt to make the windows look worse. He was here for 2 1/4 hours and charged $433, the amount of the quote. But for $433, I thought he would actually clean my windows. We found someone to clean each window pane and use a ladder, and the windows look great, but we ended up paying twice. I would recommend avoiding Clear Choice Window Cleaning. read more

Fabulous window washing service--they were attentive and did a great job! Highly recommend!

Issac showed up and blasted windows with a power washer AFTER removing the storm windows. Entire kitchen was flooded and window sills were full and pooling water to run down interior of the house. 3 rooms were affected. When I ask Isaac he said it was my window installation problem! The house was built in 1958 and the windows have never leaked, even when I have cleaned them previously. Isaac became a smartass to me so I promptly told him to leave and called the owner Tom. Tom hung up on me. I spent the next hour cleaning up the water and fully intend to make a claim against their insurance. What a mess. Read my other reviews. I am not one to post bad reviews. Both the worker Issac, and the owner Tom were rude and totally unapologetic to the damage caused. read more

For an annual window and screen cleaning, this place can't be beat. It is so worth having their team come out with all of their equipment and ladders and knock it out in a few hours. Phil and Diego were efficient, polite, respectful, and made the windows sparkly and beautiful again! They wore booties on their shoes so as not to track dirt in as they cleaned the insides and outsides of the windows. We have a pergola out back, and they creatively worked around it by going on top of the roof to access the upper windows on that side. They power washed and scrubbed the gutters and now they look BRAND new- I can't believe what a difference it makes. My 6 and 3 year old sons followed them around and harassed them pretty much the whole time, but they were great sports and played along. I will definitely be scheduling this as an annual event - it's amazing how much a thorough window cleaning can do for the overall appearance of your house!! read more

I am very pleased with Clear Choice. We have 30 ft tall windows and getting estimate from Tom (owner) was quick and Phil (tech) did an outstanding job. Along the way, we discovered that there was paint overspray on outside of the window and the additional charge to scrape off the paint was not excessive. Very happy with the service. Windows look clean like new. Would recommend them without any reservation. read more

We hired Clear Choice to clean windows and power wash our house. Issac did a great job. He was on time, prepared, so pleasant to work with and did a fantastic job. I have used this company a couple times for my condo. They always do a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Wow. I've never had my windows professionally cleaned. Andrew and Rodney were a terrific crew! Professional and did outstanding work. It's a big change! Reasonable prices read more

This company is substandard and I would not recommend them. I scheduled an appointment with a 4 hour arrival range. I removed all my screens as advised. I waited 3 hours and they cancelled the appointment. They apologized and rescheduled assuring me they would arrive at 8 am first appointment. I waited for 2.5 hours and then cancelled them. I gave 5.5 hours to this poorly run company with nothing to show for it! Time is money dont waste your time! read more

We used Clear Choice yesterday for our window cleaning and I must say they were fantastic. Our windows have not been cleaned in many years and were very filthy. The owner gave me a rough estimate over the phone and showed up the day of the job as part of the cleaning team. He said he attends about 95 percent of jobs. The team was professional and efficient and his estimate was pretty accurate (I miscounted our windows so it was slightly more but completely reasonable). I originally called a different company recommended by a friend but they wanted me to fill out paperwork with dimensions and count window panes which would have been time consuming. Clear Choice made this easy by giving me an estimate right over the phone based on the number of windows we have. It was seamless. If you want an affordable and professional window cleaning experience, call Clear Choice. Our house is much brighter now because our windows are so shiny and clean! read more

I highly recommend Clear Choice. Their work is professional and high quality. I plan to have them back annually.

Another great job by this team. Tom responded the same day as my request and had me scheduled for the following afternoon. The pressure washing for the siding came in at a very good price, too. We used Clear Choice last year for our deck cleaning and staining - the quality and customer service are fantastic. read more

Very pleased with service from Clear Choice. Professional, courteous and arrived within stated timeframe. They did excellent work and I will use again. read more

Very happy with the work that Clear Choice did at our place. We have a three story townhouse with about 25 windows and French doors. I don't think the exterior side of the windows have been cleaned since they were installed brand new over 20 years ago. Tom did a great job making them sparkle again. Completely transformed the way the house looks for just over $300. Really a good investment in Spring Cleaning. Thanks Clear Choice! read more

Fabulous job cleaning the ins and outs - including the screens - of our windows. It feels like a new house!

Wow is all I can say. Clear Choice power washed our patio and cleaned all of our windows inside and out. Everything is absolutely spotless. They even put the household and outdoor items that needed to be moved back in place. Excellent service and pricing. Will definitely be using them again. read more

Overall my experience with Clear Choice was outstanding. Clear Choice was responsive, straight-forward, and the owner (who also did the work), was completely committed to ensuring that I was happy with the job. Clear Choice power washed my house, my fence, and cleaned all my windows and screens. Their prices were competitive. The owner - Tom - strived to do more (and not cut corners). I never felt as though they rushed through the job, and on more than one occasion, tried different methods to get stubborn stains (e.g., tire marks on my vinyl fence). I would recommend them and plan to use them annually. read more

Great service. Tom was very quick to respond and got enough information to give an accurate estimate. He and the crew were on time, careful and polite. Tom suggested doing the screens too which made a huge difference. A++ read more
