I call midway through my appointment time slot to find out what is going on. The answering service says they'll pass along the message. Never heard from them again. I will say though, that if any future repairs aren't time sensitive (like the in-laws getting here when the dryer is on the fritz), I would order online (I know, I know). The mark-up here is astronomical!!! I paid over three times the amount for parts. But I paid it- because what else am I gonna do? I called this number and, low and behold, it was the same guy, berating me for calling him again, although there was no indication that these were branches of a single business. I explained to him the reason for my confusion and offered to give him the model number now. His reply: I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT! then he hung up on me.
