Parts cost mark-up 500% Plus hourly, which they added an extra half hour, I assume for tip. All for very minor maintenance that had already been partially completed by another HVAC company. ie. no investigation needed, no disassembly of HVAC, etc Everything laid out and all they had to do was connect 3 wires and re-assemble... So angry.... I do the service tech a huge favor and they rip me off.... Never using these guys again....
