Clayton Pell, who works with the Everetts, arrived on time and got the requested work done in one appointment at a reasonable price. I give Affordable Complete Electric a 5 star rating. We…read morediscovered our light in the kitchen going off and on and smelled something burning (I thought a wire smell) late Thursday afternoon. Someone gave me George's name at Affordable Complete Electric. I called George told him what was happening and he told me what he felt it was and what to do until he could come the next day. Later we discovered it wasn't just the kitchen but the entire house power was going off and on. I sent George a text. He called and said he thought it was an Entergy problem and that I should call them. He could have come out and charged me a big fee to tell me that, but he saved me the money. I called Entergy and it was wiring in the box by the street that was the problem. I appreciate someone who doesn't take advantage of people and try to help the right way instead of just seeing $ signs for themself. Thank you George at Affordable Complete Electric for doing the right thing. I appreciate you. Our builder used Magnolia for his lighting needs, but we were completely unsatisfied with our visit…read moreto the store. Michael (I think?) was a pushy salesman and kept us in the store for over two hours, even though my husband and I knew exactly what we wanted. He would literally tell us "no" and show us lights that we didn't care for (and were more expensive). I finally told him he was driving me insane and showed him the exact lights I wanted (for the umpteenth time). I literally cried after we left because of how overwhelming and pushy he was. Sadly, my troubles did not stop there. When the lights were delivered, three were wrong. We sent them back. They were returned - two were wrong. We sent them back. Third time - they were finally right. Thank GOD. The store itself was nice, which is why I gave it two stars. It's been a couple of months since we moved in and lots of our outdoor bulbs, which Michael assured were the best of quality (and more pricey!!)- are already out.
